Corbin POV
Fourteen Months Later
"Corbin, do you want it here?" I shook my head.
"It needs to be more to the left, Addie." She sighs and adjusts the book case so it's nearer to the window and I smile. "Perfect." Addaline sighs and drops it, wiping her forehead like it was all that heavy. I smile at her, my dimples showing, and she walks over to give me a peck on the lips.
"Gosh, am I just a slave to you?" she purrs and I wrap my arms around her.
"Oh of course. I use you for sex and to move things. That's why I let you eat my food, sleep in my bed, and become my co-partner on Angel Academy." Her blue eyes are bright as she looks up and me and I kiss her nose, causing her to blush. I look around the room, pleased that it's finally done. The floor is blue with white stars and the walls are white. When the children arrive I'm going to let them dip their hands in paint and put their handprints on the walls. There were green cases with toys and books all over the walls. I couldn't wait to open up.
Addaline seemed to read my mind because she squealed with excitment and squeezed my hand. "Pretty soon we're going to have a bunch of little ones running around!" Her eyes shined. She loved kids just as much as I did, and the great part was she didn't want any of her own. It was much easier to just babysit for a few hours a day and give them back. Plus, we got paid for it instead of losing money.

Back at home, I pulled a carton of orange juice and started drinking from it when my mother walked in. "Corbin!" She smacked my stomach with the back of her hand, causing me to spit up on myself a little bit. "How many times do I have to tell you to not drink straight from the carton!" Her voice was stern, but she was smiling at me.
I chuckled and put the carton back in the fridge. "Sorry my Queen." I bowed to her and she rolled her eyes.
"You're damnright I'm Queen." Mom winked at me and disappeared into the living room. I rolled my eyes and searched through the cupboard for something to eat. Coming up empty handed I sighed and called to the living room.
"Mom! I'm hungry! Do you feel well enough to go out and eat?"
I heard an annoyed sigh and soon saw my mother's scowling face. "Of course I feel well enough!" She threw her slipper at me. "This isn't going to get the best of me." I grinned at her and hugged her.
"Love you mom," I murmured.
She froze, unused to being hugged by me. "I love you too." She hugged me tightly and then pushed me away. "Now give me five minutes. Meaning I'm going to take two hours to get dressed and you're going to be okay with it because I'm female." I groaned and fell into a chair, but I was smiling when she walked away.

Niamh's POV
I was back in California and stood smiling at my mom as she hugged and kissed her grandson Heath's cheeks. He had his hands on the sides of his mouth and he grinned at me, giggling as Grandma kissed all over his face. My mother and I laughed at him. He always brought smiles to both our faces. He reached out to me and I took him in my arms, supporting his head habitually even though he didn't need it anymore. I kissed his nose and he looked up at me with his big grey eyes. Mom had moved back to my hometown a few months ago, but Heath and I had stayed in Oregon so we were close enough to her but far enough from Corbin.
"He's such a beautiful baby," my mother cooed.
I grinned at her. "You only think that because he's your grandson."
