Happiness. An emotion when someone is in a happy place. An emotion many people don't get to experience. Whether it be because they have experienced loss in the worst way, or because they don't have anything to be happy about. I feel sorry for these people, because right now I am the happiest person in the world.
Dancing in Cole's eye is happiness as well, and astonishment. We have been staring at each other for what feels like forever, but it's not awkward it's comfortable.
I hear a little cough beside me and see Ryan standing there obviously uncomfortable. "What do you want squirt?" I ask.
"Momma said Drey is here, and so is a boy." Ryan stomps his foot, and crosses his arms at the last part. Audrey or Drey as he calls her, is Ryan's so called "girlfriend". I think it's safe to say that he is a little possessive.
I gasp playing with him, "What?? But you are Drey's boyfriend squirt. I can help you beat him up if you want. I could even call my superhero." I say glancing at Cole, who is smiling at me and my brother.
Ryan jumps excitedly! "YAY SISSY!! LETS DO THIS!!" he sticks up his hand and I immediately give him a high five. Ryan then turns to Cole with a pouty face. "You can help too monster."
I giggle at Ryan's nickname for Cole, and to my surprise Cole has a blush creeping up on his cheeks. This undeniably proves that he was thinking about how my brother walked in on us. "Okay little man. What's the plan?" Cole asks Ryan.
Ryan looks at me, "Call your superhero, we gonna need help cause he's big and standing too close." His face scrunches in disgust.
How can I do this when Cole is my superhero? All of the sudden it hits me a disguise. I need to get Ryan out of the room. "Ryan go downstairs and get them in the game room. Then my superhero and I will meet you there and we will attack."
Ryan looks at me then nods, "okay hurry. She's my girlfriend," and rushes out of the room.
I look at Cole once Ryan is gone, "You, my superhero, needs a disguise." I rush over to my closet and look for anything like a mask. I feel Cole come up against me, wrapping one arm around my waist, and the other reaches up and grabs a black simple mask from an old Halloween costume. It's black and resembles a ninja turtle mask. "That's perfect." I say and look at him over my shoulder.
He wraps another arm around me and brings his lips down to mine and gives me a soft kiss. Looking satisfied he says, "Now we need clothes. Could I barrow a black t-shirt?"
I nod my head and pull him towards my dad's room. I release his hand instantly missing its warmth, and go to my dad's dresser and pull out a plain black t-shirt. Polo of course. What's wrong with Hanes? "Here, it may be a little big."
Cole takes the shirt from my hands, and drops it on the bed. His hand go down to the bottom of his uniform, and in one swift motion he is shirtless. My jaw drops. His chest is so perfect. He looks like a Greek god. Each muscle looks like it was crafted by the hands of god himself, and oh those abs. I totally understand why people say they want to lick guy's abs now. I am completely speechless. Cole has this effect on me a lot.
Cole smirks and takes a step towards me. What is air? Cause evidently my lungs don't know. When he is approximately about five inches away, my eyes drop down to his exposed chest. What I can't help it? It's like they are an eyeball magnet. I jump when Cole's hand touches my cheek, then my waist is also in his hands.
"You can stare Clair. Besides I'm yours to look at, no one else's. Same goes for you, because I don't think I could handle it as well as Ryan." He says with a chuckle. He then moves and puts the shirt on and I pout. Cole chuckles more, and then hands me the mask. "Help me?"
