it was the day that thor comes back from Asgard and for the past three weeks, all you did was eat, sleep, music, roam around the tower, and repeat. maybe sometimes watching tv, you still didn't know what they were arguing about last time but you didn't ask
being the curious little child you are you eavesdropped on one of their conversations, and from what you heard was that a prisoner was coming. you have been practically wondering about the same thing since you heard it as to why there was a prisoner coming to the tower instead of the cell, not wanting to rack your brain thinking too much you just let it slide.
after having a warm bath, you got dressed and went down to the kitchen for breakfast. but today it was unusually quiet, no pranks by clint on other members, no steve making pancakes or Natasha threatening someone for entertainment
"hey Friday where's everyone?" you asked as you walked to one of the cupboards "they're in a meeting with Mr fury" her answer sure did leave you confused
"ok" you didn't want to even know who that fury is, the team will tell you if that person is a necessity that you should now
is sure is a creepy quiet since your not used to it here, you just decided to eat your newly favorite cereal with a cup of coffee, it was really all you could think of for today and go up to the helipad for some fresh air.
you went to your usual spot, at the edge of the helipad. you sat there and let your legs dangle off of it, it really did feel amazing to be alone like this for at least a little while
you sat there for almost an hour, wondering what the team is doing, are they still in the meeting? are they looking for you? did Friday tell you where you are?
so many thoughts with no answers, you didn't really feel like walking back down so instead, you just sat there
as you lay down on your back you saw a bright rainbow-like portal right behind you, in an instant you got up facing it but with a hint of fear. but all those fears faded when you saw thor, he was with someone new but what hit you immediately was the minty scent that came from him "son of ash what are you doing up here?" worry laced his face as he asked you that "j-just for some fresh air" you told him and turned to look at the person beside thor, he had cuffs on so you could assume that he was the prisoner
thor saw you staring at him so he decided to introduce you to him "ah son of ash! this is my brother Loki" he said with a grin on his face
"b-brother? then why is he cuffed?" you asked him softly but Loki scoffed "that's none of your business you mortal, and I am most definitely not your brother" he said harshly ad mumbled the last part to which you could somehow tell it was a lie, thor glared at him and apologized to you for his behavior. Loki just rolled his eyes, you stared at him with such curiosity
before you could ask any more questions the whole team was there at the helipad. tony immediately had a look of horror when he saw how close you were standing at the edge and gently pulled you away from it, close to the team. "how long were you up here?" Steve asked while giving you a playful glare. you giggled "maybe an hour?" you answered him softly and you've been doing that a lot to get out of trouble ...which worked so why not abuse that power of yours
he just sighed and threw you onto his shoulder...again while talking to the team, you started giggling when nat bopped your nose "I'm starting to think you two are spoiling him too much" tony said while pinching the bridge of his nose but they completely ignored him so he turned to Loki
"Listen here Rudolph, you better not cause trouble while staying here or im sending you somewhere else" tony said while switching his cuffs to some sort of lock to keep his powers limited, Loki answered him with an eye roll "why are you locking him?" you asked from behind steve since your still hanging off his shoulder "long story kid, ill explain later" tony replied to your question after securing his cuffs "ok" you said while giggling cause cap was holding your sensitive spot. tony just muttered under his breath about how you're being spoiled while walking back inside
