chapter 11

you guys sat there for quite longer than intended to "thor was looking for you" you said quietly "hm, I wonder what my oaf of brother wants now" you just chuckled and got up while pulling him with you "come on~ let's go back inside" he just smiled while being dragged by you, once in the elevator he hugged you by the waist as you leaned onto him, laying your head on his chest as you were shorter than him and he placed his chin on your head.

before the elevator doors opened he kissed the top of your head and let you go, you turned around and pecked his lips. the both of you walked out like nothing happened and saw everyone watching tv 

"hey kid where were you?" tony asked, you just shrugged "helipad" you said simply to which he raised an eyebrow but didn't question you further

just as you were about to sit down while pulling Loki with you, a group of men came crashing through the window. everyone was on their feet by then and Loki had pushed you behind him in a very protective way

"give us the boy. and we'll leave quietly, no one gets hurt" one of the men said but none of them were having it. the team was surprised by Loki's protectiveness but didn't fuss about it now "oh yeah? well that'll happen over my dead body" Tony said as he suited up, nat with two of her guns, clint with his bow, cap with his shield, bucky with his m249 saw gun. he carries that almost everywhere, wanda with her powers and Pietro standing with Loki, ready to protect you and the hulk as always ready to smash. 

anger bubbled inside you and Loki felt it, he felt the rage you were trying to hold down "you know you belong with us agent" one of them said pointing at you "I don't belong to anyone" you said while gritting your teeth, in an instant, you shifted and jump over the team standing in front of them, growling threateningly at hydras men

"you need to come back with us. you belong to us, remember who you are agent, a monster and a bloodthirsty monster like you should never have ended up in a place like this" your eyes turned blood red at that sentence

without a second of hesitation you pounced at him, snapping his arm off while you were at it, letting his screams fill the tower. the minute you attack they all started firing their guns and so did the team, he was trying to get into your head while you stalked him. you were ready to kill but something was stopping you from doing so "you killed many innocents, agent. don't forget that, cause you'll forever be the bloodthirsty monster you are and will always be" a wicked smile plastered on his face

without thinking twice you bit his head off, letting his head go somewhere on the floor you growled at his dead body, while you were distracted thinking about what he told you 2 of his men shot you. 3 bullets in your leg, 6 in your stomach, and 2 almost near your neck but he missed hitting your shoulder, you needed to kill them for the amount of torture they did to you and for the innocent lives they made you take. and that's what you did, ignoring the pain and the voices telling you to stop

kill, kill, kill was all you had in your mind. you bite, scratched, and tore them apart without thinking twice. by the time you were done everyone was dead except for one

"we will come back for you, agent!" one of them yelled as he jumped out of the window before you could reach him. the whole place was covered in blood, at the same time blood was dripping from your wounds and that's when the pain hit you from the bullets that shot through you. but you refused to rest and continued to growl at this particular body that you killed

Loki was right beside you "are you alright little wolf?" he asked concerned for you, but you just growled still seeing red. Loki moved to where you could see him "it's just me darling, it's ok..." he told you softly, it took you a while but eventually, your eyes turned back to your normal blue. your white fur now covered in the red, you licked his hand making him pet you, everyone was around you by now. tony was beside you as well "you okay kid?" tony was equally concerned for you as well, but you just licked his hand, he just sighed unable to see you hurt

thor carried you to the medical ward while you whined like a puppy trying to get out of his grasp "stay still little puppy, your hurt" you huffed and gave up and just let him carry you there, you almost had to run to prevent him from carrying you but he is a god after all. you told them before that you can heal by yourself but they were still worried and let bruce wrap you up anyway after removing the bullets. once that was done thor laid you on a fluffy surface on the ground cause your wolf is too big for the stretcher "what's going on between the both of you?" tony asked after seeing how close you and Loki had got but you just shook your head. Loki read your mind at the same time you shook your head "simply helping a friend" tony narrowed his eyes at the both of you but soon left to clear the damage up there

Loki never left your side even for a minute, your head on his lap as he petted you absent-mindedly while reading a book. and the both of you have been there for almost an hour

you started talking like how a dog talks with tiny little whines "what is it you puppy" he asked with a playful annoying tone but you just continued to do the same thing while chewing on his hand lightly. he sighed and vanished his book to look down at you and you took that moment to lick his face. still looking down he sighed again and pinched the bridge of his nose "are you feeling better now? is that why you're so energized?" you nodded your head and Loki talked to you telepathically cause he can't understand a thing your whining about "you wanna play outside?" you nodded your head so he got up and you did the same, he kissed your head before saying "Alright then little wolf, let's go" you wanted to get rid of what that guy said earlier, you needed a good run for that to happen

the both of you walked out and went to the living room first to tell the team you were ok "Ashton! aren't you supposed to be resting? what is he doing out here without resting?" nat asked you then turned to Loki immediately after seeing the both of you walk out of the elevator "well the puppy seems to have loads of energy to play that he doesn't want to rest" you ran and bent down at Loki in a playful way telling him to join you "I'm not playing" he told you with a playful glare to which you started whining and howling loudly, everyone chuckled at you

"you know what? take him outside to the woods or something" and you stopped what you were doing and went over to lick tony's face

"Why don't we all go together? it has been quite long and I think we all deserve a break after earlier" steve asked making everyone look at him "you know what? I think--" bruce got cut off by someone "hey Mr stark I just--what in the...when did we start having wolves in the tower?!"
