Could you love me?

Part 11

The first few days thankfully went by quickly for both Lizzie and y/n. Y/n was busy trying to brainstorm graphics for the new show and Lizzie was prepping for filming. The pair messaged each other constantly throughout the day and FaceTimed when they could. Which meant Lizzie ended up waking up at dawn just so she could FaceTime as much as she could.

After those first few days the pair started getting into a routine. Lizzie could tell y/n need to drop soon seeing as how stressed she was getting but she wasn't going to push it from afar. Understand why y/n wouldn't want to drop without her there. Both Lizzie and y/n just wanted to be able to be with each other again.

On the fifth day Lizzie was in the middle of getting makeup done for the day when her phone started to ring. Lizzies heart dropped when she read y/n name across her screen. It was only 2 am in LA which meant y/n should be asleep by now.

Lizzie quickly left the makeup trailer and went to her own quickly answering the call. "Y/n baby are you okay?" Lizzie says in a rush.

The phone stayed silent for a minute, causing Lizzie to check and make sure they were still connected. "Babygirl are you there? Can I hear your voice?" Lizzie says softly.

On the other end of the line Lizzie hears a quiet "Mommy"

Lizzies heart breaks a bit hearing y/n sounding so shy.

"Yes babygirl, mommy is listening." Lizzie answers.

"Mommy here" y/n gets out. Lizzie can tell by the sound in her voice that y/n is crying.

Lizzie pauses a moment to collect herself before answering. "Babygirl, mommy is working right now so she can't be there. But I'll get to see you in nine days and I promise to give you lots of cuddles." Lizzie gets out hoping to cheer y/n up some.

"Otay" y/n gets out.

"How about you go out on one of mommy's sweatshirts and crawl into bed with some of your stuffies, could my babygirl do that for me?" Lizzie asks

"Mhmmm" y/n gets out. Lizzie can hear the moment on the phone till it settles

"I dids it" y/n says, sounding a bit happier.

"Perfect thank you babygirl." Lizzie says smiling imagining the sight.

"I seepy" y/n says through a yawn.

"Wanna hear a bedtime story?" Lizzie asks.

"Mhmm" y/n gets out.

Lizzie recites an old bedtime story her mom used to read to her when she was a child. By the end of the story y/n is softly snoring into the phone. Lizzie whispers a few sweet dreams to y/n before she hangs up and quickly texts y/n to let her know if she needs anything else.

The rest of the day goes by quickly for Lizzie with filming. When y/n wakes up she quickly texts Lizzie apologizing for the drop. Lizzie reminds y/n it's not an issue that's what she is here for, knowing they will address it more in person.

On the 8th day apart Lizzie was surprised when she didn't get the usually good morning text from y/n. She tried to brush it off assuming y/n was just busy and forgot to send it but the later it got the more concerned Lizzie grew. Lizzie decided to give y/n a call on what would be her normal lunch break time. But still no answer. Lizzie starts to text Anothney Mackie to ask him if he could go check on y/n but before she can hit send her phone rings from one of her producers.

Lizzie is a bit confused why they are calling this late but she quickly answers.

"Hey Donna." Lizzie says into the phone.
