He stand strong infront of her grave when all he wanted to do is broke down and cried . It been years since she passed away but the feelings never leave him alone .

Everytime he looked up at her grave , he will whisper to himself that he is the reason why she died . He is the reason why her soul left her body , buried down there lifeless .

Not everybody knows why he keep blaming himself for her death but he knew , the boys knew , his family knew and her family knew .

Used to be the most favourite son-in law , now her family couldn't even look at him . He don't blame them for all the hates he gets from her family because he know he has caused them pain that they will never recover from .

He promise to take care of her at her family when he proposed to her and they believed him . Sure he did protect her from the cruel world but little did he know that he is killing her inside with his habits .

His habits caused nothing but fight and pain between them but he being himself , he keep ignoring her request . He keep doing what he did best , he smoked .

Guilty attacked him with no mercy as he wish he could listen to her only request . She never demand for some fancy car or some mansion . She always want one thing and one thing only . She wants him to quit smoking but he didn't listen .

They were at their wedding when she suddenly collapse at the middle of her vow . Zayn managed to catched her before she meet the ground . They leave the wedding immediately as they rushing to the hospital .

It only took a hour for the doctor to came out from the emergency room bringing some news . She is dignosed with a heart failure and she is currently depending her life on the machine .

The news enough to make Zayn gone insane . He keep telling that the doctors is bluffing and demanded them to check over her again . Deep down he knows there is nothing much more he could do .

As he was griving at the hallway , he keep asking himself how could this happened ? She is not a smoker and you can count how many shots she have in a year .

At the time he is going insane , his eyes capture an article about Secondhand Smoke . That's enough to answer his question . He is the one who do this to her .

Can't keep the thought of him killing her slowly by his habits , he blurted out to his bandmates along with his parents and her family .

Her father is furious , throwing a strong punch at him while her mother got tongue tied . They have been hating on him since then but how could he blame them ? He is the reason why all this happened to her .

The family forbidden Zayn from seeing their daughter for the last time but her daughter demand to see her fiancè again , even it was her last time to do it .

He can't stop crying and tell her everything that he knows . He was expecting her to get mad at him but she doesn't . Instead , she keep telling him to changed for the better , for his sake .

" I know everything and I forgive you . Don't waste your time thinking about your mistakes . Make benefit from it and changed yourself for you and people around you . Don't repeat the same mistakes because I know you couldn't bear another lost . " her words enough to giving him some hopes that he had lost since the minute he find out .

He still remember how she blink away the tears , trying to stay strong when she know her time has come .

" Promise me two thing please Zayn . " she pleaded , holding on his hand .

" Anything for you baby , anything . " she smiled but the truth is she is not fine . She knows it will be the last time she will ever hear he calling her baby .

" Promise me you will try to quit smoking . Then promise me you will find another girl and make her happy as much you make me happy . " her second request is too much for him to do .

" I can only love you . My heart belongs to you . " she is happy to hear that but she knows she can't be selfish .

" Please Zayn . I love you enough to let you go . Be happy with someone else . " finally all her strength just crumble down and she let the tears spilled .

" Y/N . " he couldn't see her cry so he slowly nod his head .

" I promise . "

Years later , he did fulfilled her first request but he just couldn't find a strength to do the second . For him , you could only have one love of your life and that person is her .

Zayn never get married . He never try to develop a relationship with anyone but he did adopted a boy and a girl to filled his empty home but never managed to fill his empty heart .

" Thank you Y/N and I love you . " he came everyday at her grave just to recited the same sentence over and over again . He keep doing it until one day he just gone .

He never came back from the graveyard and it worried his children . So they decided to look him up at the graveyard .

They found his soulless body laying next to her grave . The news broke up the girls from entire world as Zayn is comfirmed dead when they rushed him to the hospital .

He is dignose with heart failure , having his last breath at age 38 after creating the pill that managed to make the smokers to quit smoking . People are mourning but the boys knew that was his wish since the day he lost his love so they received the news with an open arms
