After the first walk, Loki and I spent the next 65 years in a great friendship. We spent most of the days together, and every time I would be more and more excited to see him. One day I caught myself thinking about him and missing him. 'What was that? I thought I was still in love with Bucky?' I thought.

Of course, I was still in love with Bucky. That kind of love never fades. I knew I wouldn't be able to find someone who I would love the same way I loved (and still love) Bucky. After all, I think he was my true love. But I also started to develop feelings for Loki. Romantic feelings. I knew I needed to tell him, but I didn't know how. What if he doesn't like me like that? I'm going to look stupid, and we will never be the same again. But I would never know without trying. So, I decided to tell him. So, when he knocked on the door that morning, I invited him in. He was confused when I invited him in.

"Ok?" he said, confused.

"Sit down, I'll get you something to drink," I said and went to the kitchen to make coffee. When I turned around to get milk, he was at the doorway. I jumped, scared.

"You scared me Loki," I said, "Why aren't you in the living room?"

"I need to tell you something," he said.

"Mind if I sit down?" he asked, pointing to the chair.

"Yes, sure," I said, brought him coffee and sat down.

"What is it, Loki?" I asked after a few minutes.

"I-" he started.

"What is it? Did something happen? Are you okay?" I started asking questions, concerned.

"No, no, nothing happened, I'm alright," he smiled.

"I just-" he started again. This time, I was just looking at him, waiting for him to continue.

"I like you," he finally said. I couldn't believe it. I must've heard it wrong.

"I'm sorry, can you repeat it? I thought I heard you say you like me," I finally said.

"You heard right," he said, looking down and blushing.

"Oh," I looked at him, my eyes wide. I didn't know what to say.

"I need to tell you something too," I said, looking down. Loki got up and came closer.

"I-" I started, but Loki put his finger on my lips. I looked at him.

"Sh, sh don't ruin the moment," he said.

"I don't want to," I mumbled through his finger. I lifted my hand and moved his finger.

"I-" I started again, but he interrupted me again. Not with the finger this time, but with a kiss. When he

pulled away, I spoke quickly, before he could stop me again: "I like you too."

He looked at me, surprised.

"Really?" he asked, happy.

"Yes," I said, smiling.

"Do you want to go to dinner then?" he asked.

"Like a date," he added like he needed to clarify.

"I would love to," I smiled.

"I'll pick you up at 18:30 if that's ok?"

"That's perfect. Where are we going?" I asked.

"That is a surprise," he said.

"Ok, what should I wear?"

"Something nice and casual," he said.

"Ok," I looked at the clock. It was already 3 pm.

"Oh my God! You need to go! I need to get ready!" I exclaimed and started pushing him to the door.

"Ok, ok, I'm going," he said, kissed me and left.
