Daniel's POV

"Bro, ain't they weird?" I asked Jack looking at the way Anishka and Zach has their interactions. 

"Exactly my thoughts!! I mean, one moment they're rude to each other and the other smiling! I'm getting weird vibes from their rivalry" He glued his eyes at them. 

"Bro, it's not rivalry, it's love" I smiled at the thought of them.

"Love? Seavey, can you explain me how being rude to each other means love?" 

"You know, there are some lovers whose story starts with fights but gradually turn into love. And they're one of them. Even if Zach was rude to her but did you see the way he took glances at her from the front mirror of the car? The way she smiled when he did?" I ended there leaving Jack in his own thoughts. 

"Now that you mentioned it, I feel it too!!" I heard him think out loud. 

Zara's POV 

We reached at his porch and removed our shoes and entered inside. 

"Zach, is it you?" I heard a woman call from the kitchen. 

I took a look at the house. Not bad!! I guess, they also belong to high class like us. 

"Yeah, mom! And it's Jack and Daniel along with me as well. And... the girl from the neighborhood." He side eyed me.

I narrowed my eyes at him but both of us ended up smiling. 

"Oh! Well, I was gonna ask about her. Her mom and dad have gone for some special meeting at her dad's- Oh Anishka dear, nice to meet you" She finally came into view. Wow, she looks too young and beautiful to be Zach's mom. 

"Oh the pleasure's all mine Mrs. Herron!! And thanks for informing!" I smiled at her. 

"Call me Myta, dear" She's so sweet. I already like her. I smiled in response. 

"Hello Myta" Daniel and Jack chorused. 

"Hello boys! I'll bring some snacks for you lot" She went in the kitchen again. 

We sat down on the couches. I was sat on one alone while Jack and Daniel were on the one across me and Zach........ well, let's just say he laid down on the other one. 

"Anishka, what's your full name?" Daniel asked breaking the awkward silence. 

"Call me, Ana. My full name is Anishka Victoria Stephens" I said with pride.

All of them choked on the water. 

"What happened?" I got confused. 

"Stephens? As in daughter of Rowan Stephens?" Jack asked me.

"Yes. Why'd you ask?" I furrowed my brows further. 

"He's soon gonna be the richest businessman of California, right?" Daniel asked wide eyed. 

"I mean he has a meeting with an important investor today. If everything goes according our plans and the meeting goes successful then yeah, he is" I said with a casual tone. What's so shocking about that? 

"Our plan? You don't mean that you also helped him, do you?" Zach sat up straight. 

"Yes, I do a bit. I have basically lived in a family full of business persons so I have quite a good knowledge about such things. So yes, I did help him plan his interactions for this deal." I replied.
