I know the way I snapped at her was wrong but it truly hurt me when I saw her flirting with Corbyn.
I thought I was dropping signs that I liked her but I guess she didn't care or notice. It hurt when I saw Corbyn wink at her and the way she blushed at that. It broke my heart. I thought it was me whom she liked!!
Anyways, after coming back to reality I realized that the boys were leaving.
So I bro hugged them, even Corbyn, because of course anyone will try their luck with girl like Anishka. And afterall, he's my one of the best buddy.
"Hey! Earth to, Zach!" Jack snapped his fingers in front of my eyes breaking my thoughts.
"Oh uhh.... Yeah, sorry! Bye guys" I stuttered. Others laughed.
I heard a mix of "bye Zach!" "See ya later dude!" before everyone left.
"Hey Zach, get ready fast! Today Stephens are having a party and they've invited us. I'm sure Anishka must've told you.." Mom said as she was going to her room.
Wow! Just Great! Now I'll have to face Anishka after our fight. Just awesome! (Note the sarcasm)
"Fine, mom. I'll just get ready." I said lazily.
Anishka's POV
Mom came down stairs checking if everything was well organized for the event or not.
"Jason, tell the others I thank all of you for this and you guys can go and take rest before getting to work again" She informed our servant before sending them to the servant's quarter. "Anishka dear, guests will be here soon. And you'll have to attend them along with me."
This was the last thing I wanted.
I still don't understand why Zach said those things to me.
I know it's not a great deal but still.... So I guess now it's my turn to take revenge. It will be a silent revenge he spoke those harsh words to me, now it's my turn to make him feel how I felt. Just wait Zach!
I know he doesn't likes when things don't go the way he wants or at least this is what Jack told me.
So I got ready in a red dress and red heels and let my hair free down. (without those flowers in the hair)
