Annishka's POV

So today's Dani's Birthday!!

We've already done the shopping for his surprise with the help of Mrs. Frantzich.

Today we totally acted like we didn't even know that today's his birthday and he looked so sad about it. Oh boy! Little did he know that there's a surprise waiting for him!! Currently we're setting up everything in my living room and Cristian and Jordan also came to help.

**After sometime**

"Finally we're done!!" Cristian says.

"Yeah! How does it looks guys?" Diva asked.

Yes so, lately we've all noticed some "thing" between Dani and Diva. They've constantly refused and said that there's nothing between them but everyone can see it.

"It's amazing" we all chorused.

"Only for your lover boyy!" Corbyn says teasing her.

"Oh shush!" She blushed while saying.

"Okay, now I guess I should call him?" Jo asks.

"Yes sure!" I chirp.

While he was talking to Dani on the phone we all took our positions. Mine was near switch board as I was supposed to turn off and on the lights.

"He's literally crying Anishka! He says he's just a street away and he's coming all the way here, running!!" Jo said with a laugh. We all giggled and I turned off the lights since he might come anytime.

Soon he arrived.

"Anishka!! Are you-" Dani's voice echoed in the whole room as he entered or may I say barged in the house.

"What the hell? Where's everyone?" He whispers before walking a few steps inside.

"Anishka? Ana?" He called out my name.

And soon enough I turned on the lights and everyone yelled "Surprise!!"

"Happy Birthday Daniel!" I said walking towards him.

"Ana- how- you- wow!!" He stutters looking at me then everyone and then the decorations.

"Happy Birthday!" I say again as everyone came and group hugged him. But he didn't even say a single word.

And when we pulled back as if the realization hit him, tears formed in his eyes and he whispered

"Thank you" while smiling from ear to ear.

"Who's idea was this?" He asked after calming down.

"Anns " Zach says.

"Thank you so much! And I hate you for scaring me like that" Dani says hugging me.

"Awww! I love you too" I cooed and hugged him back.

He pulls away after what felt like eternity and kisses my cheek.

I smiled.

"Okay well, now it's cake time!!" Diva said running into the kitchen and returning with the cake.

"Wow! It's beautiful! Who made it?" Dani asked.

"All hard work done by Diva!" I said pointing towards her.

"Thank you so much!" He mumbles Hugging her and kissing her cheeks.

"Now cut the cake!" Diva exclaimed.

"Ana, will you join me?" Dani asked.

"Why? No! It's your birthday!" I say to him.

"No! You're very important to me so please cut the cake with me?" He asked.

"Okay fine" I walked from behind him and stood beside him.

He hands me the knife and wraps his hand around mine.

When we finished cutting the cake, he took the slice and gave me first bite. I ate it and made him eat the next one.

Then he carried this with everyone. When gave Diva her bite, out of the corner of my eye I saw her narrowing her eyes at me. Wonder why...

" Now... Gifts time!" Penelope yells.

First I gave him my gift. It was a pair of air pods since he broke his old ones.

"Aww! Thanks Ana!" He said before kissing my cheek again. Oh well..

Everyone gave their gifts to him and he again had tears in his eyes.

"Dani, no offense but you're more emotional than a girl..." Jo said.

(Time skip)

We all were having dinner and we were help by George (our cook).

"Hey Ana can we talk?" I turned around I saw it was Corbyn who called me out.

"Yeah sure. I also wanted to talk to you. Let's go upstairs in my room" I replied. We went upstairs and we sat on my bed.

"Well, I don't know how to say this but-" he started but I cut him off.

"I think we should end things between us" I said quietly. "What- wait I guess I heard you wrong" He says

"No you didn't. I wanna break up" I say to him

"But why? I'll do anything you say to make it up to you but please don't do this please! I love you-"

"What?!"

"Uhh- yes I-"

"Corbyn, I'm really sorry. But since we started arguing I got the feeling that we can't be together if you can't control your jealousy. And now, I don't even like you in that way anymore soo.." I say.

"Is it because of Zach?" He asked quietly

"Uhh... I don't know... I-"

"I got my answer. Well, if you think we can't be together then it's okay. I guess it was always a one sided thing. But can we be friends still?" He asked sadly. "Best friends. Always" I say.

"Oh that's nice! Well, I'm saying sorry in advance if my feelings got the best of me and I react inappropriately in future" he said.

"Ohh, well, it's alright I guess. I'm really sorry Corbs. But don't worry, you'll find someone far better than me who will give you the best and what you actually deserve" I replied

"I just want you Ana. And it will always remain the same" He mumbles.

"I'm sorry. But I promise we'll always remain best friends. And when I'll need someone I'll come to you first" I smiled weakly. He returned it.

"Okay, so let's go down now. Everyone's waiting" he said.

"Wait" I said as I walked upto him and hugged him.

He hugged me back and I knew he doesn't wants to let me go so I held him for a bit longer.

"Okay, now let's go" He said pulling away.

We reached downstairs and soon Diva pulled me aside.

"Wait, what's your hurry?" I ask totally dumbfounded of what she's doing. "What's going on between you and Daniel?" "What do you mean by that? He's like my brother, duhh" I told her. "Is it so? Are you sure there's nothing going on between you both?"

"Ofcourse I'm sure. You don't need to be worried, Diva. I won't take him away from you" I winked at her. "Oh hush! There's nothing between us" she mumbles. "Really? So why you'd care if me and Dani were something?"

"Ohh- uhh- well- okay you caught me. I really like him since the songs game but I don't know what to do about. But please don't tell anyone. If you do then I'll snap you neck, I swear!" She said. I did then action of sealing my lips and put my hands in the air. We laughed and talked a bit more before joining everyone.
