Bee's POV:
We stepped into the entryway of the hotel room and I immediately heard faint sounds of guitar and low murmured voices coming from down the short hallway.
"Honeys, I'm home," Harry's voice sang out, echoing slightly as it bounced off the hardwood floors of the entryway.
I looked at him excitedly, taking the opportunity to look at myself in the full length mirror just next to the door. I flipped my hair over and fluffed at the roots before flipping back up and giving myself a once-over.
Harry appeared behind me in the reflection with his arms crossed over his chest and a smirk plastered on his face. He didn't say anything to me, only winked. Then he put his arm out as a gesture for me to walk in ahead of him.
We turned the corner to find Sarah and Mitch on the couch in the main area of the hotel room. I guess I should call it a suite. Or, THE suite. It was larger than any other hotel room I'd been in and was adorned with all floral furniture. They were all different patterns though, mismatched and clashing with one another. The light fixtures were all different and dramatic in their own ways. The flooring was the same clean, carpeted black as the hallway, offering the only calm in the room. It was chaotic. I couldn't help but smile widely as I entered the space.
"Wow," I reacted, taking everything in while I walked up to Mitch and Sarah.
Finally, I looked to them directly. Sarah's head was in Mitch's lap and Mitch's legs were crossed in a way that helped to cradle Sarah's head securely. His dangling foot moved along with the sounds of guitar that were playing from what I assumed was his phone speaker. He was still wearing the all black outfit he had on when we saw them at the venue.
Sarah was in the same black pants but was missing her shirt, wearing just a black and grey tye-dye sports bra.
They both were already looking at me when I met eyes with them.
"Hi," Sarah said with her sweet smile. "Took you long enough!"
I gave her a shy smile and went to sit on the carpeted floor by the long dark coffee table in front of them.
"Bee," Harry's voice rasped from behind me as he moved, "There's a chair here that you can sit in." He sat down in one and took off his shoes as he pointed his head over to the other one a few feet away from him.
I shook my head and smiled at him, leaning back on the heels of my hands. "I prefer the ground sometimes," I said. Then I turned my head back to Mitch and Sarah. "You guys don't mind that I sit here, do you?"
I saw Mitch quirk a corner of his mouth up while Sarah answered, "Of course not, Bee." She grinned at me. "Would you like a drink? Mitch and I were enjoying some wine, courtesy of the hotel," she winked, and pointed to a bottle on the table.
I shrugged and grabbed the bottle of red, taking a swig. I couldn't help but make a face at the taste. The first sip was always the worst.
Sarah chuckled and I caught her eye, giggling and shaking my head.
"Quite the flirt tonight, huh Sarah?" Harry's voice came from behind me again.
My eyes went a little wide at the bluntness of his comment. I whipped around to face him and held out the bottle for him, which he graciously took after giving me an amused smile. "What?" He asked, cocking his head. "It's true."
Then Mitch finally spoke, bringing all of our attention to him. "I've been trying to figure out the same thing," he spoke softly. He looked down to Sarah, brushing his hand through her silky dark hair. She only stuck her tongue out at him, then reached up to put a finger in his nose, causing him to giggle and tickle her rib cage.
