You chuckled  lightly

As you stare at Naruto sleeping on the ground when you sensed someone coming, you tensed up. " That chakra.. Haku."
Your shoulders slouched and you sighed in relief knowing that he meant no harm.

As a bird lands on Haku's shoulder, Haku smiled and giggled causing the bird to tilt it's head. Meanwhile, you stood up and walked up to him, leaning on a tree nearby. " Good morning."

He looks up in shock, reaching for a senbon needle behind him. " Woah, woah. Calm down, bud. I'm only here because I was watching over my teammate while he trained all night."

Doubting them, Haku turns his head to see the bird fly away and perch itself on Naruto's chest along with a few other birds.
Seeing Naruto's headband, Haku squints his eyes and stood up, his hands curled up into fists as he went to Naruto.

You, knowing full well what he might do, puts a hand out in front of him. " Don't you dare." Haku halted, letting you lead the way. " Touch him and you're dead," The boy flinched at your voice dripping with venom.

" But don't worry, I'll spare your life for now. Besides, you're my second favorite person." Haku blushes a bit, pointing to himself and asked. " Me?" " Yeah, you. You're my favorite after Naruto - kun." Haku shook his head lightly.

" No, I shouldn't get tricked by the enemy. I can't fall for them saying sweet nothings to me."

You patted his head and smiled sweetly. " You should continue picking herbs, I'll wake him up." You say before kicking Naruto repeatedly. " Oi! Wake up! I don't want u catching a disease on me!" Haku sweat dropped at this, watching by the corner. The birds flew away at this sudden act.

When Naruto wakes up, you leaned closer and smiled innocently.
" Ohayo, Naruto - kun. You awoke so early, you should sleep some more. After all, you've been training all night long."

Naruto flushed at your words nodding and turned his stare from you to Haku.

IN TAZUNA'S HOME

Sakura yawns in her hand, greeting the others a good morning and sat on her seat just as Tsunami places breakfast on the table. " Here.", Tsunami said.

" Thank you."

Meanwhile, Kakashi is away from the table, sitting crisscrossed while scratching the metal on his glove. " Naruto and [name] hasn't come back since last night, hm?" Tazuna questioned.

Sakura, done with rubbing her eyes to feel awake, speaks up. " He's naive and has been climbing trees himself each night. [name] left a note by their futon saying that they're watching over him."

Sakura then raised her open palm," He might possibly be dead from using to much chakra."

As Tsunami walks back to the table with a tray, she asks, " Is he alright? Children staying out at night by themselves. Especially when they're in the woods." " No need to worry, Naruto's a decent ninja even if he doesn't act like one. And [name]'s a Chūnin, they're capable of taking care of themself and others at the same time."

Sakura, Sasuke and Tazuna gasp a bit before brushing it off. You have been acting like someone very strong to be a mere Genin. " I'm not so sure of that. It could be true that he's dead." Sasuke spoke.
