Chapter Seven
I took the radio back to my room and plugged it in. Let's see what music do I want to listen to. Hmmmm...... I think I will listen to the local pop station. They normally play good pop music. I like to listen to a lot of different things. I like pop and rap but mostly I like country music. Carrie Underwood is my favorite singer of all time. Her song The Night Before Life Goes On, is amazing! It was on her first CD Some Hearts.
The song that was playing right now was Titanium-David Guetta ft. Sia. I love this song!
"I'm bullet proof nothing to loose. Fire away, fire ..." I sang. I layed back down on my bed and sang the rest of the song. I didn't notice Jackson open my door.
I looked up to see him standing there, his arms folded staring at me. "How long have you been standing there?"
"Oh let's see, no longer than one minute. You're a good singer you know that?" Jackson said.
"I guess, Thanks," I said.
"You're welcome. So how are you feeling?" he asked.
"Good I guess. I'm not looking forward to school though."
"Why is that?"
"I just don't want to deal with Sutton. She drives me so crazy."
"I know she does."
"Yeah. She will really think we are dating and doing things when she finds out we are staying in the same house."
"I wish we were dating," Jackson mumbled.
"What did you say," I asked.
"I said 'I know she will.' "
"No you didn't but oh well."
"Yeah well I see you in the morning. Shower up and get smelling really good."
"Okay see you then."
He left the room. Jackson wishes we were dating!! I can't believe it. He likes me! Maybe I heard him wrong. He couldn't possibly like me like that. We are friends.
I just wonder what he really thinks of me. It's not like I could easily find out anyways. I don't have a chick friend so I can't have her find out.
I don't know. It really makes me wonder now.
