Honestly I didn't really plan on continuing this story because I kind of hate it. I was like 12 when I started writing it and I wasn't very good at writing. My lack of experience caused a lot of inconsistencies and that really bothers me but because you guys have been asking me to continue it I have decided that I will. Hopefully you guys will be able to see how much I've grown in my writing but that also means that I will most likely be writing this story in a different format.
"One, I have a meeting with my manager this weekend and I was wondering if you could tag along so we can talk to him about you being my song writer." He stated. I smiled and nodded my head.
"Of coarse."
"Two, I have my first red carpet appearance on Saturday for the premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man 3, and I was hoping that you could accompany me to that." He had a big toothy grin when he said this.
"Sounds like a blast, I would love too."
Kim's P.O.V
I am officially one of Jack's song writers. It feels good to be part of his team but at the same time it's very stressful because I have to have a certain number of songs submitted to his label every week. On top of the stress of being a song writer, Jack wants me to walk his first major red carpet with him also. I probably wouldn't have been as stressed out about the red carpet if we weren't set to arrive right after Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield.
The limo will be outside in a couple minutes. Jack texted me.
Okay I'll be out soon. I replied before grabbing my phone and walking out of my room.
"The limo's almost here." I informed my mom as I walked into the kitchen.
"I don't think I'll ever be able to grasp the fact that you and Jack are getting invited to Hollywood movie premiers and parties." My dad interjected.
"It's okay dad, I don't think I've grasped it yet and I'm going." I joked.
"Have a good time honey." My mom hugged me and my dad wasn't far behind.
"Bye." I walked to Jack's house and was immediately greeted by Jocelyn.
"Hey Kim, it's been forever since we talked." She pulled me into a tight hug.
"I know! Your brother has been keeping me pretty busy lately." I replied. "Are you going to the premier with us?"
"I couldn't miss this one. You and Jack are going to be walking right behind Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield!" We both started jumping up and down like little girls.
"I know right! I'm so excited!"
"The Limo's here." Jack stated, walking out of the house. "Wow Kim, you look amazing." Jack stated, taking in my long red dress.
"Thanks, you don't look to bad yourself." I joked. He's wearing a standard black tux with a white dress shirt underneath his blazer.
"J you look great too." Jack turned to Jocelyn and gave her a side hug before wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Are we going to get into the limo or just stand around your front yard?" I joked.
"My parents wanted to take a couple pictures first." Jack stated. After we took a few pictures everyone hopped into the limo and we were on our way. Jack's parents sat on one side of the limo and Jack, Jocelyn and I sat on the other side. When we arrived at the premiere Jack's parents and Joceyln had to leave the limo first and were told to follow a small group of other people that would be skipping the red carpet interviews also.
"You ready?" Jack asked. I nodded my head and he stepped out of the limo. Just as my first foot hit the ground I spotted Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield only a couple feet away from me. This is insane!
"You okay?" Jack asked as I stumbled a bit.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I quickly regained my composure and hopped out of the limo. Jack's arm found its way around my waist as he led m over to the first reporter.
We were about halfway through the red carpet when Emma Stone turned. She must have just realized who was behind her because as soon as her eyes met Jack's she began walking toward us, dragging Andrew Garfield with her.
"Hey! Jack Brewer right?" Her smile could light up a room.
"Yeah, yeah, that's me." You could tell that Jack was a little star struck.
"I'm Emma, and this is-" She was cut off by Jack.
"Andrew Garfield." He mumbled. It was silent for a moment so I figured I would help Jack out a little bit.
"I'm Kim, Jack's girlfriend." I wasn't sure she could even hear me because my voice was just above a whisper but she stuck her hand out and Andrew soon followed.
"I heard one of your songs on the radio and I must admit, you are probably the only teenage singer that I like." Emma stated.
"Th-Thank you, that means a lot." Jack stated, shyly. "Both of you are really great actors." He added.
"Thanks!" Andrew finally spoke and you could clearly hear his British accent.
"Well we should probably get going but I would love to talk to you guys some more. Maybe after the premier we can work something out." Emma offered.
"Wow, uh, that sounds great." Jack muttered. We all shook hands before they went back to their interviews.
Jack finished up his interviews and we were seated with his parents and Jocelyn when we got inside. Jack and Jocelyn both sat on opposite sides of my and Jack's parents sat next to Jack. Emma and Andrew were a few seats away in the row in front of us.
The movie was amazing, although the ending made me angry, and the after party was just as great, the only problem was, Jack had been swept off by reporters and interviews so I didn't have the chance to spend much time with him.
I'm sorry that we didn't have a lot of time together." Jack whispered once we were safely tucked away in our limo and on our way home.
"It's fine, I know you have a lot of responsibilities now. We'll just have to work together to figure this out." I replied.
"How was I lucky enough to get such an amazing girl like?" He joked as he kissed my head.
"I wonder the same thing every time I wake up in the morning." I fired back with a smirk.
"Seriously though, thank you for being the most understanding and amazing girlfriend around."
"Well babe, its not easy but I'm willing to work on it for you." I smiled up at him and he smiled back, showing off his perfectly white teeth. "You know, it would be a lot easier if you weren't so perfect. Then I wouldn't have to fight jealousy either.
"Hey, we've talked about this. You have nothing to worry about. All I want is you." I smiled and leaned into him, resting my head on his shoulder as his arm wrapped around my waist. They rest of the ride home was silent. A nice tranquil quiet that I haven't experienced since before Jack was discovered.
When the limo pulled up outside of Jack's house we all climbed out and said our goodbyes. Jack walked me to my door and gave me a soft kiss.
"I like when it's just the two of us." He stated as we walked up the stairs. "That hasn't really been much of an option lately but I don't have anything planned for tomorrow so how about we go on a nice quiet date?" He asked. I nodded.
"That would be great, I'd love to. the only thing I ask though is that we don't take a limo. I mean, I love the limo life just as much as the next girl but I really miss your sports car and sitting in the passenger seat." I stated.
"Done. I'd rather drive by myself anyways."
