Mom and I were planning our positions on the couch for when we watch Gilmore Girls on Netlfix. I wanted to lay my head on her lap, because I'm sick and wanna sleep but also wanna watch the show. She said, "But if your head is on my lap, the laptop has no lap to sit on!" She then pointed out a small, portable table thingy and suggested we put the laptop on that. I agreed.
She immediately got up and started to walk away, saying, "Good. Since you get to lay your head on my lap, you have to move the table in front of the couch."
Me: *glares* But I'm the one who's sick! And I have a headache!"
Mom: Aw, that really sucks, doesn't it? *mock sympathetic face* *walks away*
Me: *glares*
