In the Tree, Kion and Rani were sleeping, then Baliyo comes in waking them up
Baliyo: Kion! Rani!
Kion: Ugh! Baliyo! It's early in the morning.
Baliyo: Yeah, but there's something going on you 2 should both see.
Rani: What is it?
Baliyo: I'll show you, it's important.
Kion and Rani follow Baliyo to the mountain pass
Rani: So why are we going to the Mountain Pass?
Baliyo: I'll show you.
Baliyo shows the 2 some paw prints
Kion: What's this?
Baliyo: Paw prints that belong to a beast.
Rani: A beast?
Baliyo: You know, the Lion Beast?
Rani: Baliyo, I told you, the Lion Beast isn't real.
Baliyo: It could be.
Kion: Baliyo, someone must be playing tricks on us.
Rani: And all we know, it could be Zono Cruel.
Kion: I don't know, Zono is more dangerous than that.
Rani: Good point.
Then, Kiara, Tiifu and Zuri come over
Kiara: What's going on over here?
Kion: Hey Kiara, we saw these paw prints here that belong to something.
Baliyo: The Lion Beast, Kion.
Kiara: Lion Beast?
Kion: Just some legend that the Night Pride tell around here. It's not real.
Tiifu: So there's no beast here?
Kion: Nope.
Baliyo: Legends say they have them in the Forbidden Caves.
Kiara: Forbidden Caves?
Rani: Oh, that's some dangerous place in the Tree of Life. No animal goes there cause they believe theirs a Lion Beast.
Pinguino: Oh, it's real alright.
Zuri: Oh no, not this penguin.
Pinguino: My friend, Pinwarmer, went into the Forbidden caves and ate him.
Rani: Pinwarmer? Never heard of him.
Pinguino: It's true, the Lion Beast is real! I'm telling you guys!
Baliyo: See, Pinguino believes the legend.
Kiara: I don't trust this penguin. Probably just making it up to gain attention.
Pinguino: You can go in if you don't believe me.
Pinguino heads back home
Baliyo: You hear that guys! The Lion Beast lives! YES!
Rani: Baliyo, he's clearly lying.
Kion: Yeah, and I learned all my subjects names here.
Baliyo: Well, I'm going in to prove that the Lion Beast is real.
Kiara: Baliyo, are you nuts?! You're gonna get yourself killed!
Zuri: Why not go and find out.
