Walking through the dark streets of Tokyo you let out a deep sigh and rubbed your bleeding knuckles " I went to far again.." you sighed " But I doubt they'll do something like that again."
To give an explanation, today during one of your daily walks you had gotten into a fight that had absolutely nothing to do with you.
It involved three guys from a gang called Moebius that had targeted innocent elementary kids. You didn't know the reason why they had chosen them as victims but you guessed it had something to do with money or just demonstrating their dominance.
Either way that didn't matter to you and you considered just leaving it be when you passed the alleyway in which the kids where cornered.
However when one of them got kneed in the stomach while his friends pleaded to be left alone, you stopped dead in your tracks. That familiar feeling of wanting to help those in need suddenly creeped up your stomach and it took all your will power to try and not give into it.
Unfortunately when one of the kids had noticed you and cried for your help, that was all it took for you to come to their aid
Taking a deep breath you marched towards them, ready to break some teeth.
The sound of your footsteps reached the three guys their ears making them snap their heads into your direction.
And when their gaze laid upon you, they had seemingly confused looks to see a girl coming their way.
" What do you want little doll? " one of them commented in a flirty way making you cringe
" This is no place for you to be in right now, so get lost!" The other added with a more aggressive tone
The third one however didn't say anything as he thinking about something. For some unknown reason he thought that you looked familiar. Like he had seen you before or remembered a conversation in which one of his comrades had described someone who looked awfully like you.
" I'll give you guys a chance to apologies to those kids and maybe then let you leave unharmed" you announced while rolling up your sleeves
The Moebius guys looked at you, dumbfounded.
" Ha you got some balls talking to us like that"
" Normally we wouldn't hit a women but I think we might do an exception for you" the man all cackled simultaneously making you roll your eyes
" Don't tell me I didn't warn ya" was your last phrase before jumping onto them and starting throwing multiple punches in a row, not giving them any time to react.
In the end you won and only got a couple of bruises and a small cut on your cheek. But nothing to serious.
The same couldn't quite be said for your opponents, who were even lucky to be able to scamper away with those injuries inflicted by you.
But before leaving with their tail between their legs one of them, the third one to be precise now remembered why you seemed so familiar.
The beating had refreshed his memory and he shakenly pointed a finger at you " Y-you're that g-girl he m-mentioned" he gulped making you raise a brow " The mad meddler "
" The what now?" You exclaimed, both confused and intrigued. Unfortunately the man darted away before giving you an answer, leaving you with a huge question mark
" Um.." you heard a squeaking voice behind you making you turn around to seen the elementary kids. You had totally forgotten about them.
Bowing a bit to their level you gently smiled at them " Are you guys alright? Did they take anything from you?"
