On a peaceful day at the outside training ground of Jujutsu high, it took Maki but mostly panda every bit of his fiber not to laugh at the expression on Inumaki's face
" Do i detect jealousy?" the white, black furred bear whispered amused in his friends ear, making him shot a side glare
" I never thought I would see the day in which you would feel that way, Inumaki" Maki said with a slight smirk
Ignoring both of his teammate's comments, the boy turned his attention back at the two people a little further ahead on the training ground
Furrowing his brows, Inumaki felt uneasy at the way Yuta was showing you, his girlfriend, how to wield a sword properly. The way his chest was pressed against your back while both his hands held yours, made his chest tighten
Although he knew that his companion wasn't doing this with the intention of making him feel this way, Inumaki could feel that he was about to crack
He had always vowed to never use his ability on people if not needed. But right now, he knew that it was only a matter of time before he would break that promise
Meanwhile, as Yuta finished showing you how to hold your sword during a fight, the boy thought it was a good idea to put what you've learned into practice. Grabbing his own katana, he took fighting stance and counted of to three before launching himself at you
During the confrontation it was noticeable that Yuta wasn't holding back. His katana collided so hard with yours that you could see sparks emitting from it. He was clearly treating this practice as if it were a real battle
And it was because of his brutalness and you having trouble counterattacking, that something happened that drew the line for Inumaki's composure
With Yuta continuously attacking, all you were able to do was take steps backwards while blocking his blows. Thus, unfortunately, brought you to a point that you tripped on your own feet and feel backwards
In an attempt on helping his H/c haired friend, Yuta tried to catch you but alas he slipped on the grass an ended up collapsing with you on the ground
However instead of landing normally, like having his body on top of yours, the position was just a tad different
Yes, Yuta was laying on you but his face had accidentally collided with yours, resulting in you two lip locking
It took the black haired male and you time some time to process what was going on but when you did, you quickly pushed Yuta away and covered your mouth with the back of your palm
" I-i-m s-s-so s-sorry L/n" Yuta stared at you with an equal horrified but flushed face
" N-no, i-it's o-okay" you stuttered " Y-you d-didn't do I-it on p-purpose"
" A-absolutely n-not" the boy vigorously shook his head " I-it w-was an accident "
Giving him a light, awkward smile, Yuta shakily offered his hand to help you stand up
However, the minute you reached for it, your eyes but the one's of your friends all widen as you heard Inumaki's voice
" Don't move!"
Without hesitation, Yuta's body stiffed in place and he could only watch, as his upperclassmen, picked you up and shot him a look that told him he would potentially murder him
Walking away from the training ground, with you his arms, all Maki and Panda did was stare dumbfounded at their companion
" You didn't have to do that you know..." you addressed your boyfriend, who after some time had finally put you on the ground
" It was an accident, Yuta didn't mean for it to happen"
With his head low, preventing you from seeing his expression, Inumaki waited a few seconds before engulfing you into a tight embrace
Letting out a soft chuckle you wrapped your own arms around his torso and nestled your head in the crook of his neck
" You know that I love only you" your muffled voice reached his ear, making him shake his head
Pulling away to stare into his violet orb's you gave him a quick kiss on the lips " And although I appreciate you being so protective, next time, don't use your cursed speech technique like that"
Nodding in agreement, the platinum haired male made a mental note to apologize to his friend later
" Alright, how about we go grab something to eat? I'm starving after having trained with Yuta"
" Salmon" the boy simply replied before linking his hand with yours and walking away
