That morning when the alarm clock went off I noticed that Shorty had slept through it. We had loaded our bags the night before and slept in what we were wearing tomorrow. I decided because she was so tired I was going to carry her out to the car.
I pick her up as gently as possible and carefully carry her out to the car. I set her down in the backseat and take off to the gym.
When I arrive I park the car and carry Lindsey onto the bus. I take all of our baggage and put it on the bus too. As I bored the bus I see Too Tall sitting next to her forcing me to sit across the aisle. I frown at him but take a seat next to Hacksaw.
"Hey. Glad you could make it," he says smiling kindly at me before turning his attention to his phone again. "Wanna take a selfie with me?" He asks holding his phone so I'd be in the picture then Too Tall jumps in and then unexpectedly there's Shorty in the background too.
"Well good morning sleeping beauty," I say with a smile.
"Good Morning. Thanks for carrying me places," she remarks with a shy smile.
"Anytime."
Big Easy comes down the aisle handing out envelopes to everyone that would assaign us hotel partners and a seating chart for the next bus ride.

"Cool, I'm with you guys." I say actually happy with my roommates.
"Sweet!" Too Tall says.
Then I hear Shorty say something that made my day. "Hey Too Tall, do you mind if I sit with Moose instead?"
"Oh, um sure. " Too Tall says fumbling to trade me seats.
