Chapter 19

Curses and hexes were being shot from every corner as we started dueling the death eaters, I was running through the Isles from one of the them who was practically flying behind me while trying to curse me, I was panicking and couldn't think of any spells that could be good enough to get me out of this wenn I came to a dead end. I turned around to see that the death eater was now coming very close to me slowly raising his wand, I covered my eyes with my hands trying to shield myself from what was coming preparing for what had to be death. "REDUCTO" came a scream from next to me followed by a loud bang, I looked up to see Ginny standing next to me holding out her hand to support me getting up, "Ginny I- thank you, that was-" "yeah there's no time for that come on!" She interrupted, not knowing what else to say I just nodded and followed her. We were soon joined by the rest of the group in the middle of the room, all crowding around each other in a circle preparing to fight the death eaters that were now approaching us "uhm what now?" I asked shaking, I was a lot more confident when I was only practicing and my life wasn't at real threat "Harry??" Said Ron his voice high and breaking from fear, Harry looked stunned as if he had been petrified, there wasn't much choice so without another thought I screamed "REDUCTO" at the death eaters thinking of the spell Ginny had used earlier to save me, like a flash they all explode into ash making my me tense up a bit. Ginny smirked at me and I shot her a wink earning a little giggle from her, she immediately stopped when we heard glass breaking in front of us. The prophesies were all falling from the shelves shattering on the floor in front of us, "holy shit" I murmured barely loud enough for anyone to hear, "RUN! BACK TO THE DOOR NOW" screamed Harry making all of us snap out of our trance and run behind him straight away. The prophesies were coming closer and closer to us, falling faster and faster by the second. I couldn't breath anymore but I also couldn't stop as I would've been crushed by the glass. We finally reached the door and without slowing down our speed we all burst through it at the same time falling straight down.

The little air I had left in my body left it straight away when I started falling through the air towards the hard ground under, I shut my eyes in fear as we stopped right before the floor. "what's happe-" my words got interrupted as we kept falling the short distance and crashed into the ground. Everyone grunted as we slowly got up rubbing our injured body parts, "department of mistery's, they got that bit right didn't they!" said Ron breaking the silence, I just nodded looking at Harry who was staring at the big arch in the middle of the room. "The voices, can you tell what they're saying?" Asked Harry slowly walking towards it. "There aren't any voices Harry?" Said Hermione sounding slightly concerned "let's get out of here!"she continued looking around the room for a way out.
"I hear them to" said Luna "me too" I added making Hermione look at me with frustration in her face "it's just an empty archway!" She said loudly sounding scared. I looked back up at the arch wanting to find out what all the voices were whispering. "Please guys!" She added finally making us turn to her, "GET BEHIND ME" screamed Harry looking up at the door we fell from, without hesitation we all got behind him raising our wands at what was to come. A bunch of black smoke filled the room flying around us confusing me and before I knew it I was lying on the floor next to Harry, just Harry...

We looked at each other in confusion and concern before getting up and looking around us. The sight made me want to scream and cry in anger, about 10 death eaters had surrounded us all holding a member of the group including my own damn mother Bellatrix Lestrange holding poor Neville with her wand at his throat. I just shook my head at her in disgust making her loosen her grip on him a bit and wiping off the smirk she had on her face.

A soft chuckle sounded as Lucius Malfoy came walking up towards us, "did you really think, or were you truly naive enough to think that you stood a chance against us?" He said proudly motioning to the death eaters around us making Bella regain her previous smirk. "I'll make this 'simple' for you Potter" he continued holding out his hand to Harry "give Me The prophecy, now. Or watch your friends die!" Harry turned to me his eyes filled with fear for his friends, I just gave him a reassuring nod not knowing what else to do. Harry looked away from me to the prophecy in his hands before slowly bringing it up wanting to hand it to Lucius "DONT GIVE IT TO HIM HARRY!" Screamed Neville from the other side of the room, making all of us look at him in shock of his bravery. "SH" whisper yelled Bella, pulling his head back with his hair and stabbing her wand deep into his throat. "Don't you dare hurt him!" I screamed over to her using all the courage I had left in my body, she looked at me with furrowed eyebrows loosening her grip on him for a second but quickly regaining it. She looked as though she wanted to say something back but decided against it as she looked down at the ground in clear frustration. I looked away from her back to Lucius and Harry knowing very well that if I kept staring at her I'd start crying knowing that this is what my mother has become. Hesitantly Harry placed the prophecy into Lucius' hand already showing clear signs of regret, all I wanted to do was tell him not to, scream at Lucius to give it back or even attack the man and get it back. but I knew very well that I couldn't risk it, and that if I did all my friend would be paying the price.

I was to fixated on Lucius and the prophecy that was now in HIS hands to even realize that someone else had entered the room. "get away from my godson" came a voice from behind me making me jump a little in shock as I shot my head over to the mysterious man behind me. Before I could even react Sirius Black threw a punch at Lucius knocking the prophecy out of his hand and making it smash into a million pieces. "No" whispered Lucius at the broken prophecy before him as more and more members from the order of the Phoenix started showing up to help us.
