Zero's POV

It's been only a few days since I came here and everyone here is nice but I have a bad feeling about Puppeteer, he always gives me perverted looks, and always has that pervert smirk on his face when he looks at me, I'm trying not to think about it too much but there's this one girl I've come to like A lot, her name is Clockwork, but I feel really weird around her, my face feels hot when I'm near her, I feel that there are a million butterflies in my stomach and I get this ting of pain in my chest whenever I see her clinging on Toby, do I like her...? I DON'T KNOW!? I should talk about this with someone, maybe Painter? DEFINITELY NOT PUPPET! Or Nina? I'm not sure!

"Hey Zero~ Thinking about something?" Said a familiar perverted voice

OH GOD PLEASE NOT NOW!!!!!

I turned around and saw Puppet with that same smirk on his face

"O-Oh h-hello Puppet, and I just had something on my mind heh" I said nervously

"Oh~? What was it? He asked

"I-it was about the fact that you and I are roommates?"

"I see why you're thinking about that don't worry you'll be just fine with me~" He said seductively

"T-thanks anyway I'm gonna go" I said pretty fast and walked away as fast as I could

Okay maybe I should talk with someone that's not close with Clockwork like maybe Painter?

I went to find Painter and saw him in the living room talking with Judge Angels

"Hey Painter can we talk?"

"Sure Zero what is it" He asked

"Can we talk in your room in private, please?" I practically pleaded

Judge Angels nodded at Painter telling him it's okay and Painter got up and I followed him to his room and we both sat down on his bed

"Sooooo, what do you want to talk to me about?"

"I have a question"

Painter probably raised an eyebrow because his mask moved a little and asked what it was

"Ummm....how do you know if you like someone romantically?"

Painter just choked on air slightly probably from the unexpected question

"Girl you just came here after a few days and you're already having a crush on someone in this household!?" He asked in disbelief

"Shhhhhh, could you not yell it out?" I said irritated

"Sorry, sorry anyways if you love someone romantically you always feel like you have a million butterflies fluttering in your stomach, your face heats up whenever that person is near and you always want to make that person feel loved and protected" Painter replied

"Oh thanks for clearing that up for me Painter"

"If you don't mind me asking...who's thjs person you're crushing on?" Painter asked

"It's....Clockwork"

Painter just stared for like 3 minutes and spoke

"That was unexpected." He said dumbfounded

"Yeah I know but she probably likes Toby..."

"Well I see why you think that, Clockwork did try to ask out Toby multiple times and she clings onto him a lot, but maybe there's a chance that she likes you too" Painter said trying to cheer me up

"Thanks and I have another question"

"Yeah?"

"Do you think I should tell Clock how I feel?"

"If you're ready go ahead but I suggest trying to get to know her before you confess"

"Okay thanks, I'll be leaving now"

I got up and opened his door and walked out then I saw Puppet just staring at me then at Painter and he gave him a look that wanted to burn holes through his head as if him and me just did "something" together, I couldn't help but chuckle a little as both of them just glared at each other then both gave me a confused look, I wanted to laugh SO hard but I didn't and went to my room

Clockwork's POV

I don't know what this is... Why do I keep thinking about Zero? I don't like her! I like Toby, but I know that he doesn't like me back because of the many times I asked him out and the many times he said no each day...maybe I should move on. Okay, I'm gonna ask Toby on a date again and if he says no again, I'll try to move on. I sat up and went to my desk to grab a paper and pen and wrote a confession note and crumpled it up into a ball and wrote a few extras just in case and went to the living room and found Toby on the couch pretty much talking with Masky and Hoodie like he always does.

Okay you did this before Clockwork, if he rejects you again you can move on.

I hid behind the kitchen counter and threw the crumpled paper at Toby, he just ignored it, so I did it again and again until he got annoyed and snapped

"O-OKAY GHOST I'LL R-READ YOUR STUPID P-PAPERS!"

I don't know Masky and Hoodie's reactions due to their masks covering their face but I think they were curious about the crumpled papers, Toby uncrumpled one of the letters and read it

"What's it say Rogers?" Masky asked a little irritated

"It's says, "Will you go out with me?" He read

"Do you know who threw the paper?" Hoodie asked

He sighed and suddenly turned to the counter and said "Clockwork, I know you're there."

"Crap..." I cursed under my breath and I came out from behind the counter

Masky and Hoodie just stared at me with probably weirded out expressions

"The heck you doing Clockroach?" Masky spat

"It's Clockwork. Masked Freak." I spat back

I could feel his burning look under his mask so I glared at him back for about 5 minutes until Hoodie spoke

"Ima leave cause this is just getting awkward" Hoodie said as went out of the living room and went in his room

"O-okay Clock, I'm s-sorry but no. I-I actually l-like someone e-else, so stop trying" Toby said annoyed and with guilt

I didn't feel my heart shatter because I was used to this and gave Toby a thumbs up saying

"It's fine I have someone else in mind anyways" WHY DID I SAY THAT!?

"Oh? Well who is it?" Masky asked

"None of your business Masky" I told him and went to my room to process what I just said
