Over the next few days Izuku got to know how life was going to be in the hero course. They still had core classes like English that met in the mornings, but after a delicious meal made by the Pro Hero Lunch Rush, it was time for Hero Basic Training.
"I AM HERE!" A familiar voice yelled. "COMING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A HERO!"
Everyone in the class looked at All Might, seeing him exciting them. The old Pro was wearing his silver age costume, some thinking it looked retro.
"Welcome to the most important class at U.A. High." All Might began, standing at the front podium. "Think of this at Heroing 101. Here you'll learn how to fight in the tame of good, now let's get into it."
Behind All Might on the board appeared one word, a single word that shook Izuku to his very core. Battle. Unlike the green-haired teen Katsuki was pumped up to finally get to use his quirk to kick some extra's ass.
"But one of the keys to being a Hero is....Looking good!"All Might pointed to a series of shelves that extended showing a number from 1 to 21. "These were designed at your request and from your quirk registration forms. Now suit up, and meet me at ground Beta."
After a few minutes all of Class-1a walked up to their teacher in costume. All Might but comment on how cool they look, getting him pumped up to teach. Izuku finally joined his classmates; his costume was inspired by a hero from an old comic book he found before quirks were the norm. It consisted of a black bodysuit with lime green lines, a black cape with a white underside, a belt that contained first aid, and two black gloves the same shade as his bodysuit.
"Now that you're ready let's get started." All Might said, but was interrupted by Iida who was wearing a full suit, making him look like a knight.
"This is the fake city from the entrance exam. Will we be doing urban battles?" Iida asked.
"Not quite." All Might said. "The most intelligent villains stay hidden, unlike the ones whom you might see on the news. Today you'll be fighting against real people, and not some hunk of metals."
"Isn't this a little to advance for us?" A girl who resembles a frog asked.
"The best way to learn is through experience." All Might said. "Now lets begin."
All Might explained, with some help from a script, there would be two teams of good guys and bad guys, who would fight two on two. The bad guys hid a nuclear weapon in an urban building, and it's the good guys god to capture the villains or retrieve the weapon. Likewise, the villains win by either protecting their payload or capturing the heroes.
"There's limited time, and teams will be chosen by lots." All Might explained, holding a box filled with the class's names. "However, due to the number of students, during one round the villains or heroes will have a third teammate."
"isn't there a better way? And that would put the other team at a big disadvantage." Iida said.
"Think about it." Izuku replied. "Pros often have to team up with others on the spot, and sometimes outnumbered by villains."
"I see. Life is a random series of events. Please excuse my rudeness." iida said, bowing.
"No sweat. Let's draw!" All Might yelled.
Team A: Midoriya and Kirishima
Team B: Shoji and Todoroki
Team C: Mineta and Yaoyorozu
Team D: Bakugo and Iida
Team E: Ahsido and Aoyama
Team F: Koda and Sato
