Hermione almost felt giddy as she lay in bed staring up at her wooden bedpost.

The way Mal—Draco had touched her was devouring her brain.

Was she to still call him Draco or was that something she should keep in the bedroom?

This didn't come with a handbook. Hermione opted for the ladder just to avoid any complications of bedroom life spilling into both of their personal lives.

Hermione walked over to her chest, grabbed some pajamas, and changed into some cotton shorts. She was halfway into putting on her matching top when she heard running by her door.

Her door swung open and a dark-haired girl swung inside. She slammed the door behind her and panted with her back against it as if it was going to open while locked.

"What is with people barging into my room today without permission? Did someone stick a sign on it that says 'welcome all' or what?" Hermione finished putting her shirt on.

"It's Theo and Blaise." Pansy panted like she'd been running for a good while. "They came into my room and insisted I tell them who's the most attractive one. They bet money on who I'd choose, so they're very insistent on me choosing one. I fled the room and now I'm here."

Pansy slowly unglued herself from the door and tiptoed across the room as if Theo and Blaise would hear her.

More running sounded from the hallway and two seconds later there was pounding on her door.

"PANSY WE KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE! JUST TELL US THAT IT'S ME! IT'S OKAY! I PROMISE I WON'T RUB IT IN HIS FACE!" Theo screamed through the wooden door, then tried to whisper "I'm so gonna rub it in your face."

The doorknob wiggled as if they were any closer to getting the door open from when they first arrived.

"Can she even hear us?"

Hermione saw a shadow crouch down by the bottom of the door to talk through the small crack that separated the door from the floor.

"PANSY DON'T LISTEN TO HIM OKAY? I KNOW IT'S ME AND IF YOU JUST TELL ME NOW THEN I'LL COMPROMISE TO MINIMAL BRAGGING! OH, THIS IS BLAISE BY THE WAY!"

Hermione laughed at the thought of Blaise thinking they couldn't tell who was yelling through the door along with Theo.

She had humored herself enough and went to crack open the door just enough to where she could see them and vice versa, but no farther than that.

"Oh, hey Hermione. How's it going?" Blaise peered up at her with a jolly expression from his crouched position on the floor.

She looked down at him and then to Theo with an arched brow. Blaise quickly stood up and brushed off the wrinkles in his shirt.

"Sorry to ruin your little survey of sorts, but Pansy's not here. Well, she was just a few moments ago but she figured you two would find her here. I think she took off to the left." Hermione nodded her head that poked out of the door to her left which would lead them on a wild goose chase.

"Oh, you are an angel, you know that?" Blaise went running left.

"Goddess Devine at that." Theo kissed her cheek harshly with both of his hands on the sides of her cheeks. He took off after Blaise.

Hermione shook her head at the sight and huffed out a laugh as she closed her door.

She turned around from shutting the door to find Pansy standing by her bed with a Slytherin tie dangling in her hands.

Hermione saw that Pansy knew exactly who the tie belonged to by the raised brow.

"I knew it wouldn't take long until you two got your hands on each other again," Pansy smirked at her and Hermione's cheeks pricked with shades of pink.
