Don took Ray's advice and Nat took Norman's advice. That morning Gilda found flowers and a letter in her locker asking her to meet Don at the café across the street from the school. And before Nat was able to ask Anna out, he found a note in his locker from her asking if he would go to dinner with her that night.

Norman and Ray had already made plans a few days before to go out to dinner then go back to Norman's house to watch a movie. Violet and Emma went out for ice cream then went to Gillian's house to surprise her with some too.

Oliver and Zack have known each other since they were both very young and had a crush on each other since the second year of middle school. They both wanted to and planned to confess to one another but ended up not doing it out of fear of rejection and ruining and long lasting friendship. But Gillian had to listen to their 1 AM rants about how they wished they confessed since she was switching over texts constantly.

But for the few that did go out, let's say it went well and expected.
