The One with the Ghost Boy (reggie peters x reader)

a mistake

-Failed school dance.. midnight

Me, Julie and Flynn sat there popping the balloons from from the failed dance.. oh when I see these boys their are going to get it, how can they just leave Julie like that?!

"I can never show my face at this school again" Julie said giving up on the balloons

"That's what we get for depending on boys" Flynn stopping to making me also stop

"That's what we get for depending on ghosts" I say sitting down giving up popping the top balloons

"I don't if I should be mad or worried? Their ghosts I don't what trouble they can get into" Julie was completely stressing

"Imma get us some ice cream from the cafeteria.. fools gave me the keys, we can crash at my place and forget about this whole nightmare" Flynn stood up popping another balloon and walking away

"Get us two.. of everything" Julie sat there not knowing how she felt

"I'll drop you guys off and then head home" I stood back up popping more balloons to take my anger out

"Guys! We are ready to rock this dance.. which is clearly over" Reggie shouted as him and the guys came running in she stood up walked towards them with me following not shortly behind

"Look we are so so so sorry that we bailed on you" Luke begged as he apologised

"Yeah, I mean the night really got away from us" Alex tried to explain

"And the twins.." Reggie earned a slap of Luke leaving me in question yet more anger

"Just please tell us it had nothing to do with you getting back at Carries dad" Julie said causing them to nervously laugh and say 'no' making it clear to us they were doing something to do with that

"Seriously, your lying to us.." I was upset now and so was Julie we was so excited and now look

"Okay, it was something we needed to do" Alex tried making things better

"Look.. we'll do whatever it takes, we'll play the next gig, we'l-" Luke gets cut off by Julie

"What? Another dance where you just bail on us and make us look like a fool" Julie keeps in the tears

"You know what really sucks.. our songs were good and all three of you knew what we've been through and how tough it's been for her to play and now you do this?" I sternly say clearly annoyed

"Bands don't do that to each other, friends don't do that to each other.. this was a mistake" Julie says letting out the tears she was holding in

"You mean the school dance right?" Luke stepped closer

"No, I mean joining a band with you guys" Julie said as she ran off

"Well if Julies out of the band then.. what about you Y/n?" Reggie turns to ask me

(Reggie POV) **yeah new pov lol**

As I turn to face Y/n I feel an insane amount of guilt wash over me.. I had fun tonight but I didn't want this, what if she's mad at me I mean I wouldn't blame her but I don't want her to be

"No Reg, I'm out.. I can't believe you guys, it could've been so fun. You guys on that stage playing in front of people and Julie having fun for once, singing. But no you guys never showed.. you bailed and do you know how embarrassing it was" She says in a stern tone with glassy eyes

"But- " I go to speak but Y/n cuts me off

"No there is no but" A tear falls down her face as she stands there looking at me with utter disappointment, she turns around and goes off to find Julie

"I've messed up.. " I say holding my head in my hands with regret

"It wasn't just you, it was all of us" Alex rubs my back in a comforting way

"I promised.. I promised her I'd be here and now look" I can't help but feel bad.. why did I have to get carried away

"Calm down, we can find a way to make it up Julie and Y/n" Luke said trying to calm me down

"How? Guys I really lik-" I get cut off by Luke

"Look we will make it up to them okay?" He says gripping my shoulders

"Alright" I sigh

Suddenly we all get jolted backwards very sudden, we all groan in pain grabbing onto our chest

"Wha- what was that?" Alex paints

"It felt like we were dying all over again-" I say while heavy breathing

"How can we die if we're already dead" Luke looks at me and Alex in confusion
