"Gotham is a big city. But it does have a large number of Villains.. For example, Joker and Harley Quinn.. Catwoman and Kitten, Poison Ivy, The Penguin, The Riddler, Captain Boomerang, Killer Croc, El Deabelo, The Mad Hatter, Scarecrow, and Deadshot. Just to name a few.. But Gotham only has one hero.. Jim Gordon??? No Batman??? Night wing??? Robin??? No, the one and only JOKER!" eight year old JJ said with a huge grin.. "You are off, ya can't be a Villain and a Hero!" Lucy said with a giggle.. "Why not?" JJ asked.. "Because ya can't!" Lucy replied with a giggle.. "No ya are just arguing for the fun of it!" Michael Crane said to her.. "Yep." Lucy said with a smile... JJ stopped and wiped his brow.. "This is harder than I thought it was gonna be." He said to Michael.. "It aint for me." Evelyn Jones said with a giggle.. "Nor me." Lucy said smiling.. "Why did you girls want to come anyway?" JJ asked.. "Because we wanted to." Lucy said.. "Now I know you are just shitting me girl." Michael said.. "Ignore her, we made a scarecrow that your Dad would be proud of." JJ said.. "We helped." Lucy said.. "Did ya?" JJ replied as he and Michale continued to pull the heavy trolley up to the overpass on the bridge..
Two Days Ago..
"So can I Dad?" JJ asked Joker.. "You know how many villains there are here in Gotham son?" Joker asked.. "Yeah Dad, lots." JJ said.. "So why do ya have to hang out with the lame ones kids?" Joker asked, laughing.. "Dad!" JJ said he was getting impatient now.. He was bored at home, he wanted to go and play with his friend Michael.. "Why don't ya hang with that other kid, ya know. Dead shots boy?" Joker asked.. "Ed?" JJ replied.. "Is that his name?" Joker asked, with a smile.. "Ya know it is dad." JJ replied.. "Well what about the Penguin's boy, Josh?" Joker asked. "It's Joshua, and you know he is not The Penguins. He is Mr Nygma's." JJ replied.. "What is so wrong with Michael anyway?" JJ asked.. "His father has no sine." Joker said laughing.. "Oh you are so funny Dad.. His Dad is Scarecrow. I get it.. Now we have had a good laugh.. Can I go see him?" JJ asked.. "If I say no, You and your sister will just sneak out." Joker said.. "NO! Not me and Lucy." JJ replied with fake shock.. Joker laughed again.. "Well I am warning you The Bat is a lot nastier than you think." Joke said as he took aim at the latest chump that tried to double cross him.. BANG! JJ and Joker laughed.. "See ya later Dad." JJ replied leaving the torture room with a grin..
"Hey Lucy I off, you coming?" JJ asked.. She was sitting on her bed chatting with Harley.. "Where ya going?" Harley asked.. "To see Michael." JJ replied.. "OK stay away from The Bat. Have fun." Harley said giggling as she watched them leave.. "Love ya Mummy." Lucy said before leaving the fun house with JJ.. "Want me to send a tail?" Frost asked Harley.. "Of course." Harley said giggling.. Frost grinned and left the Fun House... "Mr J, the kids are out?" Harley said running into their bedroom.. "I'm already here." Joker said to her as he lay on the bearskin run in front of the fire.. "Mister J, you aint wearing any clothes!" Harley said giggling.. "Yes and you are wearing too many!" Joker said to her with a laugh....
"Hello Mister Scarecrow, is Michael in?" JJ asked, smiling up at him.. He looked down at JJ, standing there with his sister Lucy, and Killer Croc's girl Evelyn.. Not one of them even flinched at the sight of him.. "Don't smile at me boy, I am THE SCARECROW!" He replied.. JJ, Lucy both pretend to be frightened.. "What about you?" He asked, looking at Evelyn.. Her white scaly skiing shimmered in the sunlight.. "Daddy said I'm Beautiful.. So you must be too." She replied.. He stood there for a moment.. "MICHAEL, ya friend are here." He said walking off into the old buried out house.. That was two days ago. The boys had been working on this man for the past two days..
