Harley giggled as she sat in the lounge with Joker.. On the other lounge sat JJ, Lucy and Hilda.. "So tell us how ya met again?" Lucy asked.. The twins had just celebrated their eleventh birthday.. They had just returned home from a formal lunch with the villains.. A request from the twins for their birthday.. They were too old for parties, they said.. Harley told them you are never too old to party... So now it was getting late and they were all snuggled up at home..
"Well it's a long story." Harley said with a smile.. "Well we aint tired yet are we?" Lucy said looking at JJ.. "Na.. I want to hear the story." JJ said with a smile. "Oh Mister J, aint they so cute.. Wanting to know our story." Harley said giggling.. "Yes." Joker said smiling.. "So ya met when you were just three is that right?" Lucy asked.. "Yes.. Mister J was my superman." Harley said with a giggle.. "Why was that Mummy?" Lucy asked.. "Superman is a lamo." JJ said.. Joker turned to look at JJ.. "But not if you were him Dad." JJ said smiling.. Joker laughed.. "Mister J don't want to remember it.. But I do." Harley said giggling.. "Ah ha." Lucy said, sitting on the edge of her seat.. She was excited to hear the story.. Whenever she asked when she was younger.. Harley would tell her that it was a story for another time... So for Lucy now was another time..
"Ya see when I was three.. Our family were and still are, I think. Rich.. Grandma and Grandpa were having a formal dinner.. Don't remember why. Do you Mister J?" Harley asked.. "Yes." Joker said.. Everyone waited for him to continue.. Silence.. "So what was the dinner for Dad?" JJ asked, smiling.. "Harley's Dad was leaving New York." Joker said.. "Yeah that must have been it.. Because we came to live in Gotham then.." Harley said with a smile.. "So you lived in New York?" JJ asked with interest now.. "Yes, both of us." Harley said giggling.. "Is it a cool place Dad?" JJ asked.. "I bet it is not as cool as Gotham!" Lucy said.. "But I bet it don't have Batman!" JJ said laughing.. "Hey Gotham didn't have Batman when I was a kid. Well I don't think so anyway?" Harley said giggling.. "It didn't." Joker said.. "So, What happens next?" Lucy asked.. "Well my superman helped me with a nasty Nanny as I recall.. I bit her on the hand.. So she hit me.. But Mister J threatened her with a knife for me." Harley said giggling... "Why did she hurt you?" Lucy asked.. "I think i didn't want my food.. But Puddin was my savior... I said then and there I was going to marry him one day." Harley said.. "You would have to ask Aunty Jade.. She would know. why I was being naughty and bit Nanny." Harley said.. "She left a red mark on your face, when she hit you." Joker said, looking off into the distance.. He remembered her well, he and his Dad taken her out later that week..
