An hour and fifty minutes later, Bella finished making Mexican Enchiladas with a side of beans and rice. She stepped back a little, and her chocolate brown eyes blinked when she realized that she made so much for only three people. She lightly bites her lips, feeling and looking embarrassed since she could not believe that she made so much food.

' I can give some away to the Clearwater's,' Bella tells herself.

" Uncle Billy!" Bella calls out from inside the kitchen.

" Yes!" Billy happily responded when he hears Bella calling him 'Uncle Billy,' like she used to do when she was younger.

" Are you hungry? I finished making the food," Bella informs Billy.

" Yes. Do you need help setting up?" Billy asked.

" Please? I can't reach the plates," Bella responded with a slight blush on her cheeks.

" Jacob! Help Bella get the plates!" Billy shouts from inside the living room.

" Coming!" Jacob shouts in response.

Bella silently hears footsteps running through the house, and she softly smiled when she sees Jacob entering the kitchen.

" I'll take everything for you. Go sit at the dining table with Dad," Jacob motioned Bella to the dining table.

" You sure?" Bella asked, looking and sounding concerned.

Jacob nods his head, and he smiles at Bella reassuringly.

" Okay. If you need help, call me," Bella turns around, and she carefully walks out of the kitchen to the dining table where Billy wheeled himself to her.

" You know your old man tells me that you are a fantastic cook," Billy looks at Bella, who sat down across from him.

Bella blushes, looking and feeling embarrassed by the compliment.

" I'm not a five-star chef, but I try my best. It's all thanks to Granny Marie. She taught me many recipes from Mexican cuisine to Italian," Bella explains to Billy while looking at the dining table with fondness and sadness since it has been almost twelve years since her maternal grandmother passed away.

Billy's gaze softened.

" I have met your grandmother in person once at your parent's wedding. She could keep up with Old Quil, Harry, and me when it comes to the alcohol," Billy amusingly chuckled.

" Even though she and your mother do not get along well, they do care about you from what Charlie told me," Billy looked at Bella in the eyes.

Bella nods her head in response.

" When mom was busy looking for jobs, Granny Marie was the one to take care of me. She taught me how to cook, wash the dishes, and other necessities, so I know how to take care of myself if mom was too busy to be a mother. Besides that, she introduced me to her favorite musicians, such as Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Paul Anka, etc., etc.," Bella amusingly giggled.

Bella fondly smiled as she recalled her maternal grandmother fond over these musicians and always telling her how these men knew how to make a girl feel special.

" You need to find a man who will treat you like how these gentlemen treat their wives and female fans. With so much loyalty, trust, love, compassion, and have good communication skills," Granny Marie tells a five-year-old Bella.

" Your father, I can tell, was a good man and a handsome one as well. But, my idiotic daughter thought it is best to leave such a gentleman behind and be a reckless child," Granny Marie bitterly speaks.
