There she cries
Hiding in the dark
Under the high rise
Scared and alone.
As she hold her ears closed
Eyes shut
Only the silent tears
Streaming down her face.
Hugging her raggedy doll
Tight to her tiny chest
The adults are screaming.
She wishes to disappear
To a place with no pain.
But she stuck here
Bound by imaginary chains
In the physical dimension.
Praying for a miracle
Some aid.
As she repeated again and again.
For some help.
The silent tears are not stopping
As she shivers down
Shudder in the cold.
Surrounded in the dark.
No one is listening.
She is cowering.
Still The Adults kept shouting...
