It's not easy to find peace
But it is when you learn-
Let go of that's hurting you
Let it go, you tried your best
Just like sand,
The stronger you hold on
The more it slips away
If it's meant to be
It will come back or stay.
Peace is everything,
Bag or small.
To know you gave it you all
Your hate and love
Your anger & sorrow
Your heart and soul
Tears and sweat.
To be at peace, is not to in war with your emotions
Understand them
Let them flow
Consume you
Accept them,
Let them go
