"Where do you think your going?" Emi's father voice boomed from behind her.

Emi turned around to see her father and her stepmother crying.

"What?!" Emi spoke, as her father grabbed her arm.

"I don't want to lose my other daughter as well. Your grounded and won't leave." Haru said dragging her back towards the hospital.

Emi struggled to get out of her fathers grip. "No! I have to go. Let me go.. I have to kill the bastard that hurt my sister!" She said hitting his arm.

Emi's other cheek stung. She blinked a few times processing the fact her step mother just hit her. "This is your fault. She won't be laying there if you weren't disobedient and be in a gang!" Amelia yelled making emi's head drop in shame.

"This isn't her fault." Takemichi spoke up.

"Yea, emi-"

Emi held up her hand signaling for them to stop talking. She never dared to look up from the ground. She knew deep down her stepmother was right. If emi would've never help make toman this all could've been avoided. Nari wouldn't be on her death bed.

Mitsuya, saw all the guilt on his girlfriends shoulders. He knew her stepmothers words were getting to her. He made hakkai push him over to her. "With all due respect. This wasn't emi's fault. She never seen any of this. Coming. We formed toman to protect the ones we love."

"Protect, your doing a pretty shitty job. Emi has ended up in the hospital at least three times because of your gang." Haru spoke. "She was even in jail."

"We-"

"Your right we have been doing a pretty shitty job." Emi balled up her fist. "We are supposed to protect, Yet we got Pah-chin got arrested, baji is dead, kazutora got arrested, and now my sister." She took a deep breath. "Toman is pretty shitty." She shook her head.

"Don't talk like that-"

Emi's head snapped to her boyfriend. "What do you mean don't talk like that! We all know it's the truth. Takemichi's been in the hospital a many times! Look at you taka! You were just laying in a hospital bed." She glared at him. "Draken was close to death! Who have we protected?"

Everyone dropped there head in shame, because they knew emi was right. Toman was bad at protecting the ones we love. "We have to go against Tenjiku! If we don't Kisaki-"

Emi shut takemichi up with a punch in the face. "You don't understand do you?" She punched him again. "Maybe I should beat it into your head!" She punched him to the ground. "WHAT IF THAT WAS HINA! OR EMMA! YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND!" She glared at the males.

"Emi stop." Haru pulled his daughter back. He looked at the group all dressed similar.

"Cherries right." Mikey said.

"No!" Takemichi said weakly getting up. "You can't."

"Takemichi. Let it go. Toman is-" draken was cut off by a nurse running out, she informed them that nari was being put back in surgery, as she had stopped breathing. Emi's father and stepmother ran back inside.

Emi turned to Mikey she walked up to him, what caught everyone off guard was her punching him in the face. "If my sister dies. It's all your fault. Toman is meant to protect the ones we love." She said gripping his collar. She threw him to the ground and walked past everyone.

Takemichi tried to convince Mikey and draken to still go and fight but they didn't move. They just went separate ways and let the words emi said sink into there heads. Takemichi ended up convincing Toman to go on without the president and Vice Presidents.
