Part 36

"You have created this era!!" Mikey spoke out to takemichi as everyone gathered at the temple. "It's your era."

Emi looked down as Mikey began talking, a small smile on her face. "As of today, the Tokyo kanji gang is disbanded." Mikey called out.

Emi knew this was going to happen, Mikey came over to her house last night and asked if this was the right decision. Then she told him something in return.

"And lastly, Vice Presidents of Tokyo manji gangs. Ryuuji Ken! And emi masiko." Mikey called out.

Draken and emi stepped forward, Draken began to speak. "Thank you for everything president!" They both called out.

Emi had her head down as she felt her eyes start to water. "Cherry, would like to make an announcement now." Mikey spoke as she turned to face everyone.

Cherry had a smile on her face. "I guess this was the perfect chance for me to say this to everyone. But this is my goodbyes to you all. As of next week, I will be overseas in America again."

"What?!" All the captains said, as mitsuya sat there stunned completely. He had no idea that she accepted going.

"As you all know, my sister was gravely injured, and before that I was going to stay. But now, I've made a promise to protect my siblings as I have new one on the way." She explained. "Next week, cherry will be retired."

"No!" Draken said as he looked at the girl who had tears bubbling her eyes.

"I'm sorry, guys. You all are like my second family, so it hurts that I have to leave." She explained as she started to cry.

———— last night.

Mikey stepped into the room from the window and sat on the futon on the floor. Boxes surrounded the room, all around.

"What's all this?" Mikey asked as he munched on some snacks.

"I'm leaving, I wanted to tell you first since you are the president." She said with a sad voice sitting on one of the boxes. "My family is moving to the states for a while."

Mikey looked down, "well you leaving will be hard on everyone, even after I tell them."

"Tell them what?"

Mikey looked up and wiped his mouth. "I am disbanding Toman." He said and emi gasped.

"You not deadass?" She said sitting forward, and Mikey nodded. He explained why he was doing so, and emi agreed with his reasonings.

———— two days later.

Nari was out of the hospital and feeling a bit better. Takemichi and the others came over to cheer her up by doing some karaoke.

But emi was out else where, she was out training someone she had been training in secret for a while.

(MAJOR SPOILER!)

"Come on hinata! You have to punch harder."

Hinata huffed as she dropped her hands. "My arms are tired, they are going to break." She whined out. "Plus you hit hard!"

Emi dropped her defensive position. "You said you wanted to get stronger! Right? This is how you get stronger. I won't be here in a few days prior so you have to work hard."

Hinata looked down and balled her fist. "Do you really have to go?" She asked, the two had grown attached to each other more then ever.

Emi walked forward and hugged the pink haired girl. "I know this is hard but yes, promise me you will take care of yourself? Don't cause to much trouble." She laughed out.

"Of course." Hinata smiled as she sniffled. She pushed her feet behind emi's to slam her but emi wrapped her right arm behind hinatas neck and put her in a head lock as emi's back hit the ground.

"Nice one." She laughed out, as hinata tried to punch her.

———- one week later.

Today was the day that emi would be leaving, and the day everyone would place something in the time capsule.

She walked up to the meeting spot. With her stuff in hand and her suitcase. As she was getting in a separate car from her family.

"In 12 years on Toman's formation day, let us meet again." Mikey spoke as the ex-captains and vice - captains stood around each other.

Emi pulled the stuff out of her pocket. Takemichi looked over at her stuff. "Won't those go bad?" He asked.

Emi looked at what he was talking about and laughed. "No, they are fake. I made them and used old lollipop wrappers." She said as she had them tapped to a picture of everyone in Toman when they were younger and the recent one.

"Today is also the last day we will see cherry." Angry said as he began to cry. Emi hugged the twin as she felt guilty.

"Before I go." She pulled out a camera, she gave it to Draken who held up up. She was on mitsuya's back giving him a kiss on the cheek as the flash went on.

"Guess this is bye takemitchy." Emi said as she looked at him. "Do me a favor, look after yourself and don't over work yourself." She smiled as she gave him a lollipop and turned to walk with mitsuya who was rolling her suitcase.

"I can't believe your leaving." He sighed as she sat on the suitcase and let him roll her to the car.

"I know. I'm really going to miss everybody. Especially you." She said as they arrived at the car. "Take care." She said as she kissed his lips.

"Same to you, try to stay out of trouble." He laughed out and he kissed her again. He opened the door for her as the driver put her stuff in the trunk.

"Ready stormy." She smiled at the cat. As she sat down and mitsuya closed the door. He waved as the car drove off.

Once she was far enough she let it all out. She looked at the picture and began to cry. Right before she got in the car she took a picture of them two together.

She didn't want to cry in front of everyone, so she held it and let out as stormy nudged her face. "I will miss them so much." She said wiping her tears that kept coming.

This is not the end of Cherry's road. Will she be back to Tokyo? How will she react to everything.
