Emi woke up to the sound of yelling. She slowly climbed out the car and saw takemichi yelling at mikey. She climbed down over the bodies of both gangs till she got to the bottom.
"i didn't create toman, baji did." mikey spoke. standing over a body. She froze when she saw the body was bajis and blood on his clothes. All the pain left her body as she sprinted to the body and fell to her knees in front of his body. "if one of us gets hurt, we'll all protect them.i want a gang that's all for one and one for all. that's what our gang was founded on." mikey spoke as his, drakens, mitsuya, and kazutora's eyes started watering. Emi had tears streaming down her face.
The sound of the police echoed around the area. Emi's body was screaming she couldn't move. Her eyes trained on baji's face. "Emi come on" nari spoke.
"i-i can't move" emi cried out. Before she felt draken lift her up bridal stlye holding her close.
"i won't ask you to forgive me. i'll live my whole life with shinichiro's and baji's deaths on my shoulders" kazutora bowed as toman walked away. The founding members eyes watering as emi buried her face in drakens chest silently crying.
One October 31st, 2005. Tokyo manji's gang 150 vs valhalla's 300. The victor of this unpredicted conflict... was the tokyo manji gang. Also.... There was one death and one arrest. A tragic end to the battle.
This battle was later known as
'bloody halloween'
Toman didn't ecpect two tragedies to happen back to back. And takemichi made one mistake. He forgot what happened on November 1st, 2005.
Emi stood in front of her 'boyfriend' in his house. She was literally dragged there. Her cast on her arm and knee brace made it hard for her to fight back.
"you didn't betray mikey like you were supposed to. you and kazutora are fuck ups" kisaki spat.
"i couldn't do it.. i-i"
"you really chose mikey over your sister?"
"no i chose my family over being your damn puppet" emi spat. Unknown to her, Nari was tracking her with akkun by her side. Emi just left the house but nari put a tracking chip in her bracelet that's how she knew what junkyard to be at.
"you can't even follow simple orders" kisaki sighed. "i guess since you know to much i'll have to kill you." kisaki spoke.
"what?-"
*gunshots.*
*Bam*
*Bam*
*Bam*
"farewell, cherry" kisiaki and his henchmen walked out a different exit.
Emi's body fell forward. She saw something in the corner of her eye and saw her sister.
Everything seemed to have happened in slow motion as she watched her only siblings boyd fall to the ground. "EMI!!" nari ran and caught her head before it hit the floor. "Call the Ambulance!!" akkun was already on the phone once they heard the gunshots.
"nari" emi spoke in her sisters lap. Blood was starting to drip from her mouth. "do me a favor and tell mikey that i'm sorry."
"no.. you will tell him yourself!" nari put pressure on the wounds.
Emi grabbed her hand stopping her. "nari, listen. tell dad that i'm really sorry i was such a failure. I didn't get to make him proud, and i'm sorry i wasn't the best sister. funny, i thought i would've been the best sister " she laughed as her eyes started to water.
Emi thought back to all the times her and nari argued because she was jealous of her, She never once showed her sister real love. They only played around and fight, call each other names. She hated having a sister, Amelia always praised nari and downgraded her so emi grew rather envious that she had a mother that wasn't a junkie that died to her stupid boyfriend.
Nari's tears were dripping on emi's face. "no, please. stop talking like that! You are the best sister i can ever asK for. You aren't a failure, YOU made a name for yourself as cherry!"Nari let out a chocked sob holding her sister close.
AN:/ who's cutting onions?. yea i'm joking, i'm the worst at righting death scenes.
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN, THERE IS NO AMBULANCE AROUND! IF YOU DON'T GET HERE IN TIME, A TEENAGE GIRL WILL DIE. WHAT-, WAIT NO, NO I WON'T HOLD..... hello?" akkun spoke on the phone.
Emi laughed at the fact they put him on hold trying to lighten the mood. "hey, can you tell mikey and draken and emma that i'm sorry i am leaving them so early. I didn't mean for this to happen but i'll be watching them from either heaven or hell. and tell takemichi to look over both mikey and draken as well as toman.
"please, emi.. you can't leave me, not with my mom. i can't... toman needs you. your cherry their feisty ray of sunshine."nari cried out. "you have to live, have kids and grow old and ugly with mitsuya. you can't leave him behind."
Emi's breathing was slowing down and was becoming calmer as her skin was growing cold in her sisters arms. She hated that she had tramatized her sister like this. Emi looked at her sister. "tell mitsuya that i love him, he was my light. I wish things could've been different. but he'll understand... i'll be hanging out scaring him as ghost with baji."
Nari's head perked up as she heard the sounds of the ambulance and the police outside. "Hear that emi! you're gonna live!" nari wiped her face with a bloody hand.
Emi slowly closed her eyes, taking in a deep breath wearing a big grin as she placed her hand on nari's cheek wiping a tear. "nari, i love you very much. you can have my room. Tell dad, mikey, emma, draken and mitsuya along with toman that i love them so much and i'm sorry i couldn't be there for them." emi's hand slowly fell from nari's face. "cherry's always looking out for them."
"Emi? emi?! emi?!! wake up!! look! open your eyes!!" nari shook her body as the paramedics came. "EMI! NO!!" nari sobbed as akkun held her back so the ambulance can take her.
Mikey, draken, takemichi, emma and hinata and mitsuya raced to the emergency room after, akkun called telling them about emi. They walked towards where they heard nari and saw her there in another red heads arms as they both silently cry.
"nari" mikey walked up to the red head that was crying. He felt his heart sink to the floor. Draken looked down at the ground, as mitsuya stumbled into a chair and put his hands in face.
The doctor came out of the surgery room, "i'm sorry we did the best we could but-"
Mikey ran out the hallway and to the side of the hospital, he punched the wall and slide down crying.
