Fragile..?

School is over and I was heading over to archery. My phone buzzed and I took it out casually as it must've been stacy or someone.

I looked at my phone and my eyes widened.

"YES! YES- WOOO!!" I celebrated

I started running out to the front of the school and made it to the gates.

"Okay, in two minutes, Central city, at the shop- I can make it if I run!!" I said quickly to myself as I scanned the message

I started running away from the small neighborhoods and shops as I headed for the city. I was in the city, it was far but central city isn't.

I stopped to catch my breath but looked around at the same time. Nothing could help me so I kept running and tried to make it on time.

'Two minutes?! Are you kidding me?!'

I slowed down to catch my breath till I saw the shop and ran toward it. I stopped in front of the doors and caught my breath for a moment.

I walked in, not out of breath but a little tired for running so far even with my current mental state.

"Hello? I-I got your message, I'm here for the interview!" I said

The shop was a cafe, but it also served as a small bakery and had a section of Hot Topic clothes and jewelry around too.

Basically Hot Topic merged with a Cafe to make a really cool hang out place and shopping bakery.

(This is a cool idea, I would like for it to happen- plus it would benefit both really well)

It was empty as I looked around and then a woman came out with a Alt style on her. She saw me and looked surprised.

"Are you-"

"Here for the interview? Yes!" I interrupted

"Oh, well the interview sadly has to be canceled!" She said," something has come up and we can't be accepting anymore employees."

She apologized a bit as she grabbed a coat and headed out. I headed out too as she closed shop and then walked away.

I sighed and was defeated. I started walking to the direction of home till a bell rung near by.

"Hey kid!" A man called," if you're lookin for a job..."

My head perked up as I looked back an saw across the street was a shop with toys and kids clothing.

"Then I got one for you." He finished

My face brightened as I ran across the street an almost cheered.

"Whats the job? I can handle it- or or start now!" I said a bit desperate

He chuckled wholeheartedly and gave me a sweet smile.

"Come on in kid, I'll show you around first and then offer you the job." He said," Names Barry by the way."

"Y/N, nice to meet you!" I said happily as we went into his shop

It was a grand and wide toy store, one you wouldn't expect to be so fancy or well organized. The toys all neatly placed and on display beautifully, just waiting for a kid to take it home.

'I hope the job is enough to pay bills or any necessities...'

"So tell me again, this time more smarter?" Hoodie asked

"You little-"

"Y/N ran out of school and looked happy, we tried to follow her but lost her in the city. We came home and were asking around for offender but we were told he was out hunting." Kage said
