Chapter 17

Truth Prevails

I woke up early because I can't sleep properly. I am still bothered with Amethyst being a model to L&A. Ayoko na ng kahit na ano pang koneksyon sa kanila.

"Good morning mama" and then I felt a kiss on my cheek.

Matthew is a morning person. Reason why he's up at 6 in the morning. I usually woke up at 7.

"Good morning anak." I gave my son a kiss on his cheeks and nose and a hug.

Bibitawan ko na sana sya pero nanatili syang nakayakap

"Mama, you didn't sleep well, last night?" Napabuntong hininga ako sa sinabi ng anak.

Kilalang kilala talaga ako ng anak ko. Alam nya kung kelan ako malungkot, masama ang pakiramdam o hindi maayos ang lagay.

"May iniisip lang na work si mama, but I am fine, anak, promise"

"Okay. You can just relax here. I will cook our breakfast"

Ngumiti ako at tinanguan sya.

I opened my social media pero agad nagsisi dahil sa bungad na post

L&A Clothing Line successfully released their new kids collection.

It was pictures of kids wearing the said collection of clothes. May pambabae at pang lalaki. Ang highlight ng collection nila ay ang family outfit. Terno ang suot ng isang pamilya. Blue shirt with a print of a kings crown and prince crown ang sa tatay at anak na lalaki. May print pa na "Daddy" "Son." Ganoon din sa pambabae, crown ng queen at tiara at may print na "Mommy" at "Daughter"

Ganito kaya kami kung buo at masaya kami bilang pamilya? Before, I thought of us having our own happy family. Twinny kami lagi ng anak ko kung babae at kamukha naman ng anak kong lalaki ang tatay nya. We will sometimes attend runways and be a family representative.

"Mama, let's eat"

"Wow, ang sarap naman ng luto ng baby ko"

Matthew pouted at my comment. Ayaw nya na tinatawag na baby, pero baby ko pa din daw sya.

"Mama, I said don't call me baby na"

I chuckled at him.

After eating breakfast, we both prepared ourselves, me for work and Matthew for school.

Inihahatid ko si Matthew bago ako pumasok. I always wanted to secure him

"Behave in school, okay? Eat your snacks and lunch. Enjoy and have fun. Love you"

"Love you, mama"

Matthew kissed my cheek bago tuluyang bumaba at pumasok na ng campus. When the guard saw him, the guard looked at me and bowed. Its a sign that Matthew checked in at the school record and he is under the school premises.

I drove and went to work.

"Good morning, Ms. A!"

Bati sakin ng mga employee habang papasok ako. I greeted them back and smiled at them.

"Good morning, Ms. A! Your schedule for today,

At 10 am, you have a meeting with the marketing team regarding our sales for the past quarter. At lunch time, you will be eating at the restaurant infront of us, Mr. Cruz reserved a table. And in the afternoon, you'll be signing documents. The documents in your table is needed at 5pm.
