Chapter 24

I was sorting through a few boxes whilst Luke went to a meeting. Luke came running up the stairs.

Luke: "BABY!! GUESS WHAT" I'm one breath.

Me: "you need to breathe?"

Luke: "right thanks but our song lie to me yeah?"

Me: "yeah?"

Luke: "we want to release it again with a feature artist"

Me: "that's a great idea, daddy!!!"

Luke: "I HAVENT FINISHED"

Me: "OKAY"

Luke: "okay so I suggested that your the feature and everyone agreed!!!"

Me: "WHAT"

Luke: "I KNOW"

Me: "OH MY GOD!! THANK YOU, DADDY"

Luke: "your welcome, princess. Now we kinda have to get to the studio"

Me: "yeah okay but I'm kinda stuck on the floor help me up please, daddy"

Luke: "okay, baby"

It hasn't fully sunk in yet that I'm going to be a feature on their song. I love that song so much and I can't wait to sing on it. We rushed to the studio and the boys were sat on the sofa.

Ash: "So you doing it?"

Me: "yep!"

Michael: "I can't wait to hear you sing"

Luke: "her voice is amazing"

Cal: "I know Chloe showed me a video"

Me: "that little-"

Luke: "don't have time"

Me: "right"

I went to the microphone and the lyrics were in front of me and the track started. I couldn't believe it. I closed my eyes and gave it my all. I wanted it to be perfect. I needed it to be perfect.

When I'd finished I looked over to the boys and Ash and Mike were sat with their mouths open. There is no way I'm that good.

Luke: "that was perfect, princess"

Cal: "we're going to have you do it one more time just to be safe but that was amazing"

Me: "okay, thank you"

I sang it one more time and it was slightly better than before. I walked over to the boys and sat on Luke's lap.

Michael: "that was great"

Ash: "I didn't expect that, it was wonderful"

Me: "thank you"

The producer played the recording of what I'd just sung and I actually liked it. I never noticed my voice before but I think now it's actually quite good.

I felt a nudge in my stomach and it's the best feeling. I gasped and placed my hand on my stomach. The baby's kicking for the first time. Properly kicking.

Luke: "baby?"

Me: "he's kicking"

Luke placed his hand on my stomach and smiled. Cal, Mike and Ash also put their hands on my stomach to feel him kick. He was really kicking.

Luke: "think he's going to be a great dancer or footballer like you"

Me: "by these kicks I agree"

We left the studio and all went out for dinner. Paparazzi saw us and kept taking pictures. I haven't got used to it. I don't think I ever will. As we were leaving Luke grabbed my hand and blocked me from them knowing they'd be asking questions about the rumour. The rumour has mostly gone now and no one talks about it except paparazzi when they see us. We got into the car and just relaxed.

Luke: "you doing anything tomorrow, princess?"

Me: "um no I'm not, daddy why?"

Luke: "should we go shopping for the baby? We still need to get a lot of stuff, angel"

Me: "yeah okay let's do that, daddy"

Luke: "okay, babygirl"

Me: "let's go home, daddy"

Luke: "let's go home"

We drove home and cuddled as much as we could with my bump on the sofa watching friends. The boys told me it wouldn't be to long before the song's ready and we can hear it and release it. I can't wait. This is going to be amazing. It is amazing. And I can't wait for Chloe and the kids to move heat in about a week. I'm so excited for her to live here in LA with us.
