Chapter 14:Suddenly

KAORI

After eating Ramen someone texted Ran so he needed to leave first so i'm left with Rindo who offered to walk me to the Inn.

He walked behind me and we just keep quite for the whole time.I originally wanted to take a bus if Rindo didn't offer me to walk me,I'm really tired from playing earlier and we eaten so i'm really sleepy.

I decided to break the silence since for the first time they did something I could agree that I had fun of "Even though I brought you guys Ramen as a thanks...I still wanted to say Thank you for inviting me at the arcade,I really have nice memories in those place y'know" I said then glanced at him.

"Well...." He sounded like he wanted to ask me something but couldn't so I looked at him he was looking away a big question mark is now left above my head.

He started to open his mouth but no words are coming out,What happened to this guy?Did he become mute?

"Why are you guys staying at the Inn?" There finally some words come out on his mouth.

"We'll we told you didn't we?We came here to Investigate about the disappearance" I replied.

"Then where do you really live?"

"I'm actually in a boarding school but my house is located at the Nerima Ward" His lips parted in the knowledge.

"We'll go back tomorrow morning" I added so he won't feel plastic on how or why I started the conversation.

He stayed quite for a moment even though I felt like he wanna ask me something I just ignored it since he doesn't even have any expression on his face like usual.

When we reached the Inn I stopped to Thank Rindo for walking me even though he just stayed quite.

"I'll go in now,you should go home too say to your brother that I said goodbye" I waved and turned my back at him even though I can still feel that he wanna ask something about me but I just shrugged it off.

And when I was just about to take a step,

"Ah wait" I turned to him.

"What?"

He seemed to he hesitating to say it,I got irritated since it doesn't really suit to boys maybe especially him to look hesitant.

"If you got anything to say just—"

"This is really sudden but can you be my girlfriend..."

I can feel my face getting red even though I was confused on what he said I clearly heard what he said!Shit!

What do I do?I've never been in this situation before!Am I dying?

"I mean you can decline of-course since we've only met not long ago but I don't know how to explain this but you really felt different from the other girls i've seen and met before" He explained.

"So I've thought I won't find anyone like you and....Tsk this is so cringe" Even with his back on me I can see him turning red his also kinda trembling.

I stayed silent still surprised by his offer,I mean we're not in the right age but I totally have an mindset that not a normal person at my age would and I think same goes for Rindo.

"Rindo are you really sure about that?" I asked now that the question completely processed on my head turned a glanced at me but instantly looked away.

"Well yeah I've thought about it" Then when he finally calmed down he turned and went close to me.

I looked at him in the eye reading it if he's lying or deceiving me and he looked like he isn't so I looked away.

"This so sudden jeez" I said then punched him softly on the stomach and to my surprise he immediately took my hand and opened it and placed it on his face.

"Listen even though I only met you like 4 days ago and aware that you have some anger issues" he closed his eye and place my hand on his lips "I'll do my best not to piss you off or make you wanna dump me,Even though I had something on my past and you're probably aware on what kind of person I could be"

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath and breath out,Why is this happening to me now? I just want to do some detective work but I somehow ended up having this guy like me,Damn if Bishu!This is your fault i'm in this position now.

I tried to take my hand back but Rindo's holding it tight while looking at me directly in the face,I seriously wanna throw up or shout something like that right now,I'm really the romance type of person so I don't really know how to think.

But since it's like this i'll just need to calm down.

"Haitani Rindo let go of my hand" He then slowly let's go of my hand while still looking at e dead in the eye I tried to breath slowly and carefully.

I turned my back to him taking a step forward "If you disappoint me i'll immediately break up with you"

There I said it,Now I kinda regrets answering him.What do I do in a relationship?I don't like flowers nor anything cringe what should I do?I hope I just melt or the ground eats me.

When I heard no answer I turned to him "Rindo—" He suddenly hugged me tightly and buried his head on my shoulder and my feeling is opposite to what I feel earlier my mind cleared up completely and my worries became assurance I can feel his warmth flowing through my body completely.

We stayed in that position for a minute now.

"Rindo I think you should head back now" I said breaking his tight hug on me,He smiled at me and held the back of my head pulling it closer to him,he then left a gentle kiss on my forehead.

"I will!I'll comeback here tomorrow morning alright?I'll send you guys off,say hello to Bishu for me too" He stared at me for one last time said good night to each other we both parted ways the same time.

Now my sleepiness is gone because of that sudden happening,I just went here to investigate and now I got my self a Boyfriend good job me!

And as I was just about to come inside my room Bishu suddenly appeared beside me clapping the heck is with this guy? And shouldn't he supposed to be at the bed right now?

"Congratulation on your relationship Kaori-san" He greeted me,Wait so he was watching us? This bastard! Now the feeling is coming back!I just got rid of it.

I'd literally punch him if he isn't just injured "You were listening?Tsk and you should be sleeping now you know"

"I was about to sleep when I saw Rindo-kun walking Kaori-san but then it turned out Rindo-kun wanting to tell you his feelings and now you both are in a relationship i'm really happy to witness such a romance" He said while still clapping his hand.

I pushed him away to his room and shut it and went back to mine,I'll just see how my day would go on tomorrow now that I got my self in a relationship.

I'm not even sleepy for some reason everything he said to me keeps rewinding on my head,Great I can't really sleep now.
