Chapter 20:A secret admirer

I woke up pretty late I looked all over the bed Rindo isn't here so he must be already downstairs.

I peeked over downstairs because I thought I heard Kaori talking and when I peeked at the kitchen I saw her and Rindo hugging her from the back she's just letting out a sigh every time she tells Rindo to get off her since she's cooking but Rindo won't bite and just kept his arms buckled up on her.

I approached the kitchen counter and sat on the stool bar.

"Man it's somehow not nice seeing both of you clinging to each other first thing in the morning y'know" I said then stood up to get some milk.

"Shut up he won't let go so I just let him" Kaori said with her usual irritated voice I just smiled shrugged my shoulder and went back to the chair.

The oven dinged along with the smell of sweet and fresh Cup cakes along with smell of cookies,I like it whenever she's over I got to eat some pastries like this since Rindo isn't somehow interested making sweets.

"Get that out of the oven,Rindo" Kaori said then shrugged Rindo off her,He didn't have a choice so he removed his arms from her waist and went to the oven slightly stoping his feet.

This image is actually crazy I can feel my brother not noticing me anymore,Is it because he have Kaori-chan? Lonely me.

After Rindo took out the foods at the oven he went beside me and we both waited for Kaori to serve us the food that we'll be our breakfast.

"Why is your hair isn't braided?" Kaori asked as she place the plate full of cookie and another with cupcake,I took a piece first before answering.

"Well I just woke up" I said the took a bite "What about it?"

She sat beside Rindo who's chomping the cupcake "Nothing,It's refreshing to see it like that you look like a girl" she said the end part with sarcasm I just laughed and continued eating.

"Oh yeah Nii-san did Aoi texted you or called you yesterday?" I turned to him curiously,Aoi always text and call me but it's rare for him to talk about her so I wonder.

He shook his head "It's not that I wanted something from her,Kaori said she ran over Aoi getting harassed by 3 men last night"

"Nope she didn't" I said and took a sip at the milk before turning my eyes to Kaori.

"And let me guess you beaten up those guys"

She looked at me with a 'obviously' look and rolled her eyes,This girl really is always annoyed with me 24/7,she's cute but man could she stop being annoyed with me?It's breaking my gentle heart.

When I was just about to talk the door bell rang I stood up and looked at the hole to see who was at the door and speak of the devil.

"It's Aoi" I said then opened the door expecting for her to jump into me but to my surprise she didn't she just looked at me for a moment and walked pass me.

I stared at her because she didn't move after taking 2 steps forward me,I closed the door and walked pass her wondering what happened to her,I was shocked when she suddenly hid behind me and stared at where Rindo and Kaori is sitting.

I looked at her properly her eyes were beaming while still froze on hiding behind me is she looking at Kaori?

I don't wanna believe it because every time she usually glare and rant to her,Why is she being shy?

"Are you coming in?" I asked turning her attention to me.

She opened her mouth but nothing came out and now that I looked at her properly she's wearing a jeans and Crop top,I mean it's not like she usually wear under garments only she usually wear things more revealing thats maybe why she got cornered last night.
