We finished the movie last night and instead of going to bed we stayed up and played games and watched more movies.

"Dude what time is it?" I ask laughing a little.
He pulls out his phone and says "8:42 AM"
"Fuck now I'm never going to be able to sleep" I mumble. "Yeah me either" he chimes shaking his head. "Well then I guess we could go do something today then" I say scooting over to were he was on the floor. "What though?" He asks. "I don't know" I shrug thinking real hard about it. "Me either" he mumbles.
We sit in quiet for a while until a random idea hits me.I get up off the floor and then stick out my hand to help him up.
"I got an idea but you gotta trust me" I say giving him a smile. "Okay" he replies looking confused. I lead him out the front door, down the stairs and out to my car. "Hop in" I tell him as I swing into the drivers seat. He gets in as well and I start the car.

We end up driving to the next town over and arrive at an old house that high school kids used to come to all the time.
"Um I know you said to trust you but this place looks like a serial killers house" he states looking over at me. "I promise you it's not but we gotta be careful because we technically are trespassing" I tell him as I get out of the car. I close my door and meet him at the sidewalk up to the house. I grab his hand and lead him to the front door. I lift up the handle and slowly creak it open.
We then walk in and take in the place. There are solo cups on the floor and broken pieces of wood scattered around but other than that it's honestly not as bad as I remember it. "It's definitely uh interesting" the boy next to me whispers. "Yep" I reply.

We walk around the house until we reach the master bathroom. I hop up onto the old counter and Taylor stands in between my legs.
"Can't believe this used to be the place to be" I mumble shaking my head. "What do you mean" he asks.
"So basically when I was in high school like 2ish years ago everyone would come here on the weekends and party. I only came here once however because I was working all the time like I told you" I explain. "Damn that's kinda weird. Of everywhere they could party they chose here" he states letting out a little laugh. "Crazy right?" I say smiling.

He nods and then asks. "Can I do something?"
"Mmh I trust you" I reply. He then puts his hand on my cheek and leans in. I connect our lips and allows what he had asked to happen. I begin to smile so we break apart. He shoots me a shy grin as his face flushed pink. I quickly give him a peck on the cheek and put my hands around his neck. "You look a little pink" I tease letting out a giggle. "Shut up" he mumbles pulling me close. "Or what you going to kiss me again" I say with a mischievous smile. He nods and connects his lips with mine once again. This time however we don't break apart and let it linger for much longer. I lightly pull away a let out a giggle.
"Is it weird to say I feel like a little kid" I query.

"Not at all" he answers messing with the rings that were stacked on my fingers.
Silence falls over us and I hop down from the counter and bring him to my favorite place in the house. A big window that looked out over the trees in the backyard. "This place is a kind of a shit hole but this view is nice" he says. "I very much agree" I tell him as I noticed something.
"Damn it!" I exclaim as I watch the rain begin to slide down the window. "Guess we better get going" he states grabbing my hand. I nod and lead him back out to my car. We both get in and start our journey back home.

On the way there however it begins to down pour to the point where I can no longer see the road. I pull into a Walmart parking lot and let out a sigh. "I'm sorry" I say resting my head on the steering wheel. "It's okay because now it's my turn to show you something" he replies. "What can you possibly show me in a rainstorm?" I ask. "Hmm well this" he exclaims hopping out of the car. He then begins to dance around in the rain. I laugh a little but soon enough jump out of the car to joint him. He smiles when he sees me and grabs my hand twirling me around.

We then jump about splashing in puddles and dancing around letting our inner child out. "This is a lot of fun" I tell him as we spin in circles. "I know" he replies laughing a slight bit.
It only rains for about 10 more minutes however so now we are soaked and it's no longer raining only misting. "Fuck, what now?" He questions. "We go home I guess" I shrug. "Yeah but what about your seats. "Oh don't worry I have towels in my trunk" I inform.

"Why do you have towels in your trunk?" He asks as we each grab one and place it on our seats. "One in case of a situation in which somehow I get wet and second if I bleed through my pants" I explain as we leave the Walmart parking lot and head back home.

When we each reach our doors neither of us go inside. "Thanks for today" I tell him looking at our wet clothes. "Your welcome, it was really nice and kinda weird" he smiles. "Yeah a little" I chuckle. He then opens up his door and I take this as the sign to do the same. I wave to him and close the door as my face breaks out into a big smile.
Today was perfect...
