Nightmare's POV

I woke up slowly hoping that whatever happened last night, was just a weird nightmare of sorts. But, it wasn't, I once again woke up on top of Cross blushing once more. I mentally groaned since I couldn't remember anything before that. Why was I sleeping on top of Cross? why am I naked? Did something that I couldn't remember? So many questions in my head and no answers. 

I tried to get up from Cross's chest but couldn't because he was still asleep and holding onto me tightly. I tried to wiggle myself out of his hold, but that just resulted in him holding me down even tighter. I mentally sighed laid my head on his chest again. 

Closing my 'eyes' again as I tried to remember what happened last night, but once again nothing came to mind not yet at least. I then felt Cross moving slightly as I looked up to see him. 

Which was enough for me to see that the big idiot was awake now. He has a smirk on his stupid face and was chuckling softly. 'Damn why does he have to be so hot' I mentally said. Which made me blush like an idiot again only for Cross to chuckle even more. 

"you look cute like that Nighty," said Cross which made my blush even darker than it was before. Probably because he called me 'cute' even though I was nowhere near cute and because he called me Nighty which was pretty childish. "S-shut up I'm not cute you big idiot," I said as I buried my face into his bare chest. 

Cross's POV.

I know Nighty loves me deep down inside, he just needs time to let down his walls. Which even if it takes years for him to admit he loves me, I'll wait no matter how long it takes. I slightly chuckle as Nightmare hid his beautiful face in my bare chest. I slightly rubbed his skull as he slightly purred as a kitten would. 

He then looked back up at me as I smiled back at him, I grabbed the bottom of his chain, as he continued to look at me which made me blush. I then slightly raise his face to mine as I kissed him softly. Which shocked him a bit then kiss me back in return as he closed his eyes. 

It was a soft and passionate kiss, but it was full of love as I closed my eyes loving every moment of this kiss. I then felt two small hands go up to cup my face I slowly pulled away to see Nightmare cupping my cheeks as his eyes were still closed. He then opened them as he let out a small giggle which made me blush.
