New Soulmate

The mood is really down in the dorms. After all, the hyungs lost their baby. Even after they tried to talk to him again, Jisung refused to be persuaded to try any more. Of course, Jaemin didn't give up.

Over the past year he has grown very fond of the boy. He's really in love with the boy and can't stand it without hugging and kissing him, but Jisung is always rejecting him and is almost hiding from him.

The Dream Members also noticed that Jisung is always on the phone as if he had a secret boyfriend. Of course they asked the boy about it, but Jisung said no. Which is of course the truth, but Jisung has indeed met someone.

Jisung set up an Instagram account out of boredom two months ago, and that's when he met Sungchan. Who just happens to be a trainee in SM. The two met in a cafe last week and what thr boy saw was amazing.

He saw colors!

And the best part is... he can still see them even after the meeting. He doesn't have to have Sungchan around him or touch him. He can see colors now. And that all day long. That means automatically that Sungchan has to be his soulmate. His real soulmate. All he has to do now is to tell Sungchan and his hyungs about it.

"Hyung can we meet today?" Jisung asks over the phone.
"Sungie, of course. How about 2pm in the café where we had our first date?" Sungchan asks and Jisung immediately blushed at the word 'Date'.
"Okay. See you there Chanie," says Jisung and the two of them hang up.

Jisung is very nervous. He looks for something nice to wear and then goes into the kitchen.
"Hey Jisung. You look very happy today," says Renjun, who is doing the dishes.
"I am!" The boy calls out, grinning very broadly.

"Am I allowed to ask why?"
"I'm about to meet someone important," says Jisung.
"Oh who is it?" Asks Renjun with a hint of pain in his voice.
"It's a surprise. So I'll go now. Otherwise I'll be late," he calls out and walks happily to the door.

"Where is Sungie going?" Jaemin asked. "He's meeting with an" important "person," says Renjun, emphasizing the word "important".
"Oh. I'm curious who that is," says Jaemin and goes back into the living room.

Jisung has meanwhile arrived at the café and can already see Sungchan sitting at her designated table. "Hey Sungie here!" He calls and waves the boy over.
"Hay Chanie Hyung," says Jisung, and sits down across from Sungchan.

"I've already ordered for you. Your favorite drink and a cake for the two of us," says Sungchan and takes Jisung's hand.
"You really are the best," says Jisung and smiles at his Hyung.

"Tell me. Why did you want to meet me?" Asks Sungchan.
"So it's about my feelings ... for you," says Jisung, taking a deep breath.
"You know that some people, the bottoms, see only gray. And I am one of them. I couldn't see any colors, but when I saw you, my world only shone in colors. That means theoretically that you are my soulmate", Jisung says nervously and then looks at Sungchan.

Sungchan listened carefully to the boy and never let go of Jisung's hand.
"Jisung I ...", Sungchan reminds, but Jisung interrupts him.
"You don't have to answer. I just thought you should know the truth," says Jisung, then looks at the table. He pulls his hand out of Sungchans. Sungchan gets up and Jisung thinks he's leaving. The boy's first tears are already rolling down, but Sungchan sits down next to Jisung and takes his face in his hand.

He wipes away the tears with his thumb and smiles at the boy.
"Jisung ... I love you. I am happy that you are my soulmate. Really!", Then he presses the boy a kiss on the lips and Jisung immediately went Red in the face.
"Really?" He asks to be on the safe side and Sungchan just nods. Then Jisung falls on the older man's neck.

Now all he has to do is tell his hyungs about it and it won't be easy. He asked Sungchan if he would accompany him and what kind of boyfriend Sungchan would be if he did not support his boy.

The two walk into the Dream Dorm, holding hands. Nobody is in sight yet, but when they entered the living room, they meet all the Dream Members. When the others notice the couple, there is immediate silence.

"May I introduce Hyungs, that's ..." Jisung begins.
"I'm Sungchan, ... Jisung's boyfriend and soulmate," Sungchan happily ends the sentence and then gives Jisung a kiss on the cheek, which instantly blushes Jisung.

At first nobody says anything, but then Jaemin breaks the silence.
"Wow, that's unbelievable. We are happy for you Jisung. I'm Jaemin, Jisung's ... friend," he says with fake joy and then goes into the kitchen. He's heartbroken. His baby has a new soulmate and they are together. Jaemin's first tears run down, but he wipes them away immediately.

"Okay, now I'll show Sungchan my room," says Jisung and goes into his room with his boyfriend. The others still didn't fully understood what happened, but when Jisung's door closes, a faint chaos breaks out.

"He has a soulmate ?!" Chenle shouts out a little loud.
"And they are a couple!" Shouts Haechan. "What should we do now?" Asks Renjun and at that moment Jaemin comes back.

"Nothing. Jisung is happy for the first time in a long time. We won't take that away from him. We should be happy for him. Finally the boy can see colors without always being touched," says Jaemin with a broken voice.

But the others understand what Jaemin eants to say. They just keep it simple and hope for the best. Of course, the other NCT members hear about Sungchan and they share Jaemin's opinion too.

"As long as you are happy!"
