Soon enough it was October half term and everyone who was anyone received an invite to Fred and George Weasley's party at their house. Their parents were out for a business trip for a couple of days, so the mischievous pair decided to have a little fun during their absence.

"So are you going?" A sudden voice woke me up from my daydream.

"Huh?"

Luna looked at me with a smirk, "To the party silly, I can't attend because I'm hanging out with Neville but you certainly should."

I looked back at her with a bigger smirk, "So you and Neville?"

She pushed my shoulder "Oh god no, just really good friends."

"Well yes I am going to the party since I have nothing better to do," I replied to her previous question. That's when Ron walked past and I called out his name. "Hey Ron," I started "Could I take a ride with you and Hermione to your house? I have no other way of going to the party."

"Sure," he replied "just meet me outside The Gryffindor common room in about an hour, and then we'll get going."

"Alright let me just go back to my room and finish packing up my stuff for the week," I said waving goodbye to Luna and a see you later to Ron.

After packing I met Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Fred, and George outside the common room. Fred gave me a little wink before telling jokes with his brother.

I'd always thought Fred was quite attractive and that wink just confirmed my feelings towards him. He gave me butterflies in my stomach which made me want to throw myself in his arms. Instead, I just cleared my throat and followed them to the car.

"Sweet, did dad let you borrow the car?" Ron exclaimed.

A giggle escaped the twin's mouths and George mumbled "Maybe."

It was hilarious seeing how Ron's face grew so nervous and his lips quivered in fear thinking about how much trouble he would get into.

It didn't take long to get to the house and it was already filled with people. I could barely see where I was going as I made my way to the living room. I ended up tripping over someone's foot as they were walking to exit the house.

"Are you alright?" A soft, male voice asked whilst picking me up from the floor.

I apologized whilst still looking down,
"I am so sorry."

"That's quite alright, I'm Cedric by the way." He chuckled under his breath.

"Cedric?" My head looked upwards quickly "Wow you are hot." I suddenly realized what I had said and my hand covered my mouth in shock.

He just smiled shyly and replied, "Oh thank you, that wasn't the first thing I was expecting for you to say."

"I didn't mean to say that out loud, just pretend I never did." I looked back at the floor.

"Alright, wanna go outside? It's kind of cramped in here." He asked lifting my chin so my eyes could face his.

How could I resist that perfect face? I obviously said yes and he took me outside leading me by the hand.

As we made our way, My eyes met with Cho's but it wasn't her usual soft gaze, her eyes were filled with jealousy. She was envious of me. I just looked away since I didn't want to seem mean and continued following the boy.

We eventually got outside under the night sky which was illuminated by stars. I looked at Cedric who was admiring what was above us. He was so handsome and the brightness of the stars just outlined his features. Who was this boy next to me which looked as if he had been sculptured carefully by god?

His voice broke my daze "I recognize you."

"From the assembly I presume?" I asked.

"Aha, yes blue really suits you," his teeth now biting slightly on his lip whilst he looked at me.

"Thank you, I'd reply with a compliment as well but I haven't seen you around before."

"Oh, so you've just heard of me? I bet it was for my good looks huh? Since I'm so hot." We both burst out laughing before deciding to go back inside. Where more fun awaited.
