Where am I?

Selene's POV

Purple, Galaxy and myself were flying towards an unknown planet. 

"We're going to have a crash landing, Galaxy! Hang on!" Galaxy put her claws in the chair and we crashed right into the planet. It was pretty, but where were the other paladins. "Purple, you ok?" I didn't get a response, so I assumed she was offline. "Thanks, girl. You rest and I'll look around." I picked up Galaxy and we walked out of Purple and set foot on the ground.

This jungle was beautiful honestly. It reminded me of Earth. Galaxy jumped down from my arms and she was sniffing around. "Like this place, girl?" She barked in approval. "I wonder if there is anybody else here? Maybe they can help us." We walked around for a little bit, but I had to put my foot in a trap. I shot up into the trees and I was stuck. "We caught something!" I heard someone yell. I tried to reach for my bayard, but I couldn't reach it. I got a closer look at the characters who trapped me.

They looked like dragons. "Who are you and what are you doing here?" The male asked me. "My lion crashed here, I need help." The male lowered his spear and saw my armor. "Are you a paladin of Voltron?" I nodded my head and he lowered me down and set me loose. "I'm sorry about that. My name is Morian. Where is your lion?" I pointed towards the clearing where Purple was. "I'll help you move her." He then transformed into a dragon. "Climb on." He told me, Galaxy and I hopped up onto him and he flew to where Purple was. He picked her up in his jaws and we flew back to what I assumed was his village. I saw an elder come out to greet Morian. "Morian, what did you bring back?" Morian put Purple down and Galaxy and I hopped off of him so he could turn back. "This is a paladin of Voltron, Gaia." Gaia widened her eyes. "Amazing, I never though I'd see the day Voltron was reunited." I walked up to her and bowed. "My name is Selene and this is Galaxy." Galaxy barked and Gaia scratched her head. "Come Selene. You must be hungry. We'll talk more inside." I followed Gaia inside her hut and there was some food there.

"Here." She handed me a plate of what looked like apples. "Thanks. So, I've noticed there aren't any Galra here. Has Zarkon not gotten this far?" I asked Gaia. "The Galra aren't able to come here. Our planet only allows beings with pure intentions on it." I smiled at Gaia. It is truly remarkable to see the Purple Lion. If only my ancestors could see it." I looked over at Gaia with a confused look. "What do you mean?" I asked her. "You see young one, my ancestor Cadmus, was a friend of King Alfor a long time ago. We Dracians and Alteans were friends you see." Gaia handed me a picture of Grandfather and I assumed Cadmus. "Yes, and Cadmus knew the original paladins." That reminded me of something. "Was Zarkon always so evil?" Gaia sighed and gestured me to follow her. She led me outside and to a cave where it was lit up and there were paintings on the walls. We got to the end and there was a picture of who I assumed were the original paladins. I could tell, because I saw mom. "Zarkon wasn't always a corrupt soul. He was once a great leader and friend." Gaia told me with sorrow in her voice. "Oliri, was like a niece to Zarkon, and the other paladins, except Alfor of course since Oliri was his daughter." 

I put a hand on Gaia's shoulders. "Oliri is still alive you know." Gaia looked at me surprised. "Really? How?" I just sighed and took my necklace off and showed Gaia the picture of mom and me in the locket. "You're Oliri's daughter?" I nodded my head and Gaia smiled at me. "It's a relief knowing she is alive. Please, tell me how Voltron came to be again." I then told Gaia how the other paladins and myself ended up in space, how we met Allura and Coran, formed Voltron and all our adventures. "Remarkable." We then saw Morian run in. "Elder, the Castle of Lions, it's here!" I gasped and ran outside with Gaia and Morian in tow. There was the castle right above us. I smiled and saw it was going to land nearby, so I ran over there. It landed right as I got there, and the paladins plus Allura and Coran except Shiro ran out. "Selene!" Pidge tackled me into a hug. "I haven't been to this planet for 10,000 years." I heard Allura speak. "Everyone, I'd like you to meet Gaia." Gaia was next to me and bowed to the paladins and the Alteans. "It's a relief to know that the Princess of Altea is still alive." Gaia walked up to Allura and bowed. "Please don't bow, it's a relief to know that the Dracians are still well."

I then heard Purple roar and she flew over to the castle and went to her hangar. "I guess it's time to go." I said. Gaia walked up to me and gave a flower.

"This orchid means life and harmony. Please take this." I thanked Gaia and gave her a hug and gave her a communications devise. "Please, if you're ever in trouble, contact us." Gaia nodded and we left the planet.
