I don't own any of the Twilight characters or events

I take a deep breath and pull off my shirt, leaving me in my black sports bra.

I need a nap.

Malik opens the door as I lay my head on the pillow.

"Baby?" He softly says, causing chill bumps to raise on my skin.

"Hm?"

"You good?" He questions, closing the door and blurring to me.

"Yea. Just need a nap."

"Cool. Shaun and I are gonna check the city out. Be back." He says, leaning into my neck, inhaling my scent.

"Ok. Be safe."

"Always." He says, pulling my face towards his, giving me a kiss.

"Don't dream about me too much." He says, walking towards the door.

"Bye, Malik."

He chuckles and closes the door behind him.

"Come on, Shaun." Malik says, motioning for the yawning lycan to follow.

"Alright, let's get it." Shaun says, stretching and closing the door behind him.

"What we looking for?" Shaun says, closing the door to the truck.

"Anything." Malik says, pulling away from the bus and into the city limits.

"Cool." Shaun says, leaning back.

They pull up to the city and park in front of a store.

They get out and look around.

The people of the town seem to be preparing for an event.

"What's happening?" Malik says, looking at the bookstore behind them.

"Looks like some kinda festival." Shaun says, reading a flyer stapled to a pole.

"Somebody is visiting, I guess." Shaun says, pulling the flyer off the pole.

"Look at those two young men. Don't even know the festival they just walked in to."

The older woman's voice floats to the boys, causing their ears to twitch.

Shaun glances at Malik as he prepares to take a selfie.

"Lower your eyes. The glare will reflect the animal in you." Malik grunts, eyes moving, watching their surroundings.

"That's a good one, to be honest." Malik says, grinning at the picture.

"What's that symbol?" Shaun says, looking at the phone closer.

Malik zooms in on the symbol and turns to look at the building window.

"I'm not sure." Malik says, looking around.

"They're on all the buildings." Malik says, eyes moving to every window in the area.

"Let's see if the bookstore ladies can tell us something." Shaun says, standing up and stretching.

The boys walk into the lavender scented book store, and Malik holds the door for an older woman and her daughter.

"Hello, do you need help with anything?" The older woman behind the counter asks, watching Shaun move to the history section.

"Yes ma'am, what's going on outside? Looks like some type of festival." Malik says, tilting his head at the woman.

"Ahh yes, the yearly festival. There are hunters coming." She says, clapping her hands together gently.

"Hunters? What are they coming for?" Shaun questions, flipping the pages of a book.
