"Just keep your eyes shut and blindfold on." I giggle as Mason is trying his best not to knock over any furniture in the small apartment I own. I'd picked the boy up some time earlier because today will be the day for our second date. I, however, have him blindfolded now seeing I want the simple, yet cozy setting to be a surprise to him. The problem is that Mason, unfortunately, is way clumsier then I'd thought. The boy nearly knocked over an antique vase which belonged to my mother and had hit himself on the dining table, but we were slowly but steadily getting to our destination.

"How many steps do I still have to take? I don't recall your apartment being this big." Mason remarks as he's almost in the place I want him to be in. I guide him some steps further until I tell him not to move. I then get to the balcony I have where everything is set up and make sure to add some finishing touches.

"Well, you can now open your eyes." I instruct as he takes the blindfold off. His eyes go wide as he sees that I've turned the sofa into some sort of lounge set with blanket and pillows being almost everywhere with a tv in front of it. A little table with a bottle of wine and two glasses stands besides the lounge set and it all was covered underneath some blankets I'd tied together to form some kind of roof above our heads for when it might rain. It was meant to block the rain out, but also to make things look even more cozy, a vibe I really wanted to create whilst setting this up.

"Wow, Z. This is, I'm speechless." He states as he looks around. The boy obviously is tong tied with the fact that I'd set all of this up, even though I don't know if he's truly happy with it all or if it's a bit too much.

"It isn't too much, is it?" I ask worried. He looks at me with a surprised expression as he nears me until we're only inches apart. I can feel his hot breath on my skin and can smell his oh so familiar scent, which always makes me weak in the knees.

"It's perfect." He tucks a strand of hair behind my ear as he rests his forehead against mine. The two of us share some intense eye contact as he cups my face and looks me deep in the eyes. I look into his familiar brown ones, which I seemed to drown in every single time I met them. He shows me a weak smile before giving me a kiss on the forehead, one which sets my whole body on fire. He has so much control over me, yet he's sure to be careful with whatever he does, which I truly appreciate.

"What have you prepared for dinner?" He asks kindly as he makes himself comfortable on the little lounge set. As he mentions the food my eyes go wide and I rush to the kitchen, where I find an overcooked chicken in the oven. As disappointment hits me I get back to Mason with my cell phone in my hand.

"We're having take out." I state. Mason only nods  and the two of us order some pizza, which I pay for after some debating. The two of us have some small talk about his training and my day until our pizza's arrive.

"Thank you, have a nice evening." I smile at the somewhat handsome delivery guy as I attempt to shut the door, only for him to stick his foot out, resulting in it getting in between the door and the door frame.

"I think you're forgetting something." He says in a somewhat flirty way. His deep voice, however, didn't have the same effect on me as Mason's does and his perfect white teeth aren't as perfectly white as Mason's ones. Even though I'd only known this stranger for thirty seconds, I already know that he isn't Mason. He'll never be Mason, so he shouldn't even try to make a move.

"I don't think I do." I baldly counter as I now do shut the door, resulting in me turning around to a grinning Mason.

"You took long, so I thought I'd come and check up on you, but it seems like you can handle your own shit." He says as he looks at me. Even though I don't know why he's grinning, I do know these pizza's are burning my hands more and more as I hold them, which is the reason for me to walk past the boy and put the boxes on the kitchen counter first. He casually follows me with the same grin still plastered to his face as he watches me open the boxes.

"You should know I can handle myself by now." I remark as I take my box outside and give him his. He closely follows me and lays down besides me on the cozy corner we'd now created.

"This pizza is very good." He approved as he lays in between my legs unasked, his head resting on my stomach. I play a bit with his hair after I've finished, something I loved to do with my dads until he had nothing left and with my mums hair. They both had thick, yet soft hair, something Mason has too.

"I like it when you play with my hair, you know?" He says out of the blue as he looks up, his eyes finding mine in what feels like a split second, a smile creeping on his face as the two of us share some eye contact.

"I do now." I say as I ruffle it a bit, making him whine. As Mason also has finished his pizza the two of us remain in our position as we put on some movies to watch. The two of us decide on both picking one movie. As he picks the movie 'American Sniper' I pick 'Me Before You', which both leaves us in tears as it's ended. Before we know it time has flown and it's time to say our goodbyes to one another, something I dreaded a lot.

"When will I see you again?" He asks as the two of us get up from the comfortable position we've been in for hours. He looks at me with hopeful eyes, ones who beg for more nights like this.

"You're lucky I have something for us planned this weekend." I say, a smile appearing on his face from ear to ear. The two of make our way to the front door and share a long lasting, warm hug hoefde he makes his way downstairs and drives away with his luxurious car. As he leaves my mind is on one thing and one thing only,

The grand final I have to prepare for this weekend.
