"last episode was almost normal," Alex said it showed clips from the last episode.
"unfortunately it was too good to be true, after healing Index we had normal day, but it ended with Kaori," Touma said.
"the chick with the big sword,," Alex said
"placed some runes so no one except me, Alex, and Index would come to this area,," Touma said.
"and now the chick wants Index" Alex said
"chick what chick?" Index said
"the woman we jsut talked about" Touma said
"don't tell me you forgot already" Alex added.
"her? I thought you meant like a baby chicken" Index said as Kaori's face was replaced with a chick face.
"I found this a little insulting Index" Kaori said.
"whatever on with the next episode" Alex said.
"if possible I would like to avoid giving my magic name," Kaori said, in a neutral tone, walking closer to the three.
"ok sure... when you stop going after Index," Alex said friendly before becoming serious at the lady as he placed the build driver into his waist, the belt formed with a noise indicating it formed

"and why is that anyway?" Touma asked, he got readly in a fighting stance, his face serious.
Alex was seen giving him a strange look before Touma noticed, who had a confused expression at Alex.
"her magic name also known as her killer name, don't tell me you forget that. It was like two episode ago" Alex said as if it were a simple fact to be learned, he turn to Touma as both he and Alex turned their attention toward each other.
"episode?" Touma asked confused as alex answered.
"yeah from magus, don't you remember? I swear Touma your such an idiot" Alex said in a way as if someone told down a child. Touma had a mad look all the meanwhile Kanzaki's sweat dropped.
"who are you calling an idiot?" Touma said glancing towards Alex, he was right up in is face while trying to stare down kanzaki.
"you, idiot!" Alex said almost yelling as he was giving his full attention to Touma, who was startled by his voice before an irritated look appeared on his face
"am not an idiot! for the last time!" Touma said no longer looking at Kanzaki, he was now putting his full attention on Alex.
"tell that to your grades... idiot" Alex said with an irritated look, folding his arms at his friend as Kanzaki stood frozen processing what was happening
"are these really the guys who beat Magnus? no, this must be a ruse to underestimate them... a very good ruse.." Kanzaki Kaori thought in her head as she looked at the scene.
she sweatdropped as Touma grabbed Alex's shirt while the other boy grabbed his hair before a cough interrupted them from Index, causing both boys to realize that their were mere inches away from kissing with how close they were as they quickly separated before looking away from each other.
"so she like that other guy?" Touma asked wanting to get away from what just happened before Alex sigh.
"she just literally said give Index and runes in the same sentence idiot, really, what did I expect from a muscle head," Alex said as he placed a hand on his forehead in exhaustion
