Aadhya was leaning back on her seat in an unconscious state. Her blouse, along with jacked across her shoulders, is covered with blood coming out of her ear. Veer hastily opened the door on her side and hopped in and engulfed her in his warmth while his right hand was holding a neat white handkerchief on her bloodied ear.

Yuvi sat in the driving seat with Kabir sitting right next to him. It took them 10 minutes to reach the nearest hospital, and he doesn't need to ask for VIP treatment. His name is enough to reserve the entire floor for him. When they reached the emergency entrance, hospital staff came with a stretcher, but he refused to lay Aadhya on the hospital stretcher and carried her bridal style.

The on-duty doctor came right away, and when he noticed Sarkar himself is carrying the female patient, he understood the girl is someone important to him. So he did her regular check-up as her ear stopped bleeding, and after analyzing her condition, he called his board doctors and asked for two specialists to come inside.

The whole time Veer was standing next to Aadhya's bed, no doctor dared to ask him to wait outside, and when he noticed his presence is the reason behind the doctor's distraction, he exits the room.

The entire floor was silent, and it's the VIP portion with a large sitting area separated from the patient's room with a large glass pane. Veer, Kabir and Yuvi were waiting there with a few of his other men while his guards covered the whole floor and a few of them scattered on the entrance.

Head Doctor came out and informed him that her situation is stable now and that they were running some tests to clarify the cause, but one thing confirmed she got a trauma attack. A drip is attached to her right wrist, and they assured him she would get her senses back in the next 2 hours.

Yuvi's POV

It's been two hours since we are waiting in the seating area. The glass pane of Aadhya's ward is covered with curtains now. Veer left right after the doctor declared her condition is under control. He is up to something, but the thing that annoyed me the most is that he didn't include me.

I was lost in my thoughts when I heard voices coming out of Aadhya's ward, and without wasting another second, I entered inside. The scene in front clenched my heart in a hurtful hold. Aadhya is sitting on the bed, clenching the duvet in her hand. Her hair was in a messy state while tears were flowing from her eyes like Niagara Falls.

I didn't notice when she acknowledged my presence in the room. Her wet orbs turned in my direction, and she gave me a cute pout as if complaining unspeakably. I went near her, and she caught me off guard when she hugged me with her arms wrapped around my abdomen.

With her sobs and sneezing of her runny nose for the next few minutes, the whole room got occupied. I consoled her like a big brother. I always want a cute little sister I can protect, pull her leg, and do all the childish things with. But, unfortunately, my bonding with Sanam was never the way I want it to be with a sibling. She spends the majority of her time abroad and always maintains distance from Bhai and me.

The first time Aadhya called me bhai, I knew she would replace that vacant position in my life, and indeed, she did. I always had a soft spot for her, but like bhai, some part of me wants her to gain our trust to let her into the façade we had that separated us from the rest of the world. This girl has paid the price; instead, now we owe her. From the last one hour, my fuming figure was pacing outside, thinking of ways to make those morons suffer.

In actual terms, I took her as my sister today.

I, Yuvraj Singh Chaudhary, takes Aadhya as my sister. I promise if anyone ever hurt her, they would see my wrath. I'll make their life hell.
