3 months later
A lot can happen in three months. Bodies can change, relationships grow, flowers bloom, butterflies fly from their cocoon, new stars appear and more tattoos are placed. Each day I realize just how much happier life can get when I thought there was a maximum.
After the Halloween party Niall saw a beautiful girl with dark brown hair that was dyed red at the bar in a witch costume. After strolling over and convincing her to have a drink it seemed to be the first of many.
Despite Aliyah's reluctance to give Niall the time of day, she showed up every night. He took her to the booth where they drank and danced. She made Niall chase her and I adored Aliyah for that. Niall calls her his tease.
Somedays he'll playfully call her his witch and it makes her stare giddy daggers in his frame with a blush.
The witch and joker costume seemed to work perfectly together with their personalities. A Virgo and a Taurus. Aliyah - or Lia - was a beautiful soul. Gently funny, friendly, quiet but loud, had a hard attitude that was only innocent for Niall and they were perfect for each other. Lia paired with her red hair, were dark forest green eyes.
It's been three months and she sleeps over at his house every night. They haven't moved in together but it's like some secret we all know that they don't. Niall can never get enough of her. Always wrapped around her and kissing her soft skin she would always return the action. They were touchy people, always needing a hand on one another.
Sitting outside on the porch, going to his club, sleeping, paying for her everything, going out for dinner, swimming, picking oranges, they seemed to be perfect. It's only been a short amount of time but I saw how much they loved each other. I was so happy for Niall. Happy that he finally got his happiness and one wish to be loved.
Lia was originally from New York but then moved to Italy. Her background is Indonesian and Spanish, and she's fluent in French, English, Italian and Spanish as well.
Deciding a career of fashion with a love to sketch and get creative, she ended up pursuing teaching. Moving out to Italian for the opportunity she's currently teaching art at the arts university here, running a class three times a week while attending fashion and gallery shows where she helps design and pose. She modelled a lot when she was younger too.
It was obvious that her and Bella would've clicked right away.
Lia also wanted to teach grade one or two but continued with her love for fashion instead.
In fact, she clicked with all of us. She had a way of communicating and making everyone seem individually special. We go out and pick fruit all the time together and blast Arctic monkeys down the quiet country road.
Sometimes when we're all in a group talking or she's standing beside Niall she'll just start to dance. Like a cheeky move of her hips because she can't keep still and Niall eats it up.
I even ate that up, she was so cute.
Harry and I played love doctor for them, setting them up to be at the same place at the same time.
They were both partiers. Lia wasn't as loud as Niall but she would party hard with him. Dancing, singing karaoke, drinking, she was crazy and bold like Niall but in a modest way that she stayed kind... but I'd be lying if she wasn't a random burst of energy person.
She even built a tire swing on one of Niall's giant trees. She had to climb up the tree to assemble it. Niall just watched in case he had to catch her, yelling up at how she was an idiot.
I loved all my new friends. I loved how happy everyone was. It seemed smiles were permanent now.
With the entire day ahead of Harry and I, he surprised me this morning. "What do you mean you rented a boat?" I ask, tilting my head as I sit in front of Harry on the edge of the bed. Blankets and Frank surrounding me cozy.
