The soul amulet's ability and appearance: after Izuku died wearing the amulet(which had been found in a 1500 year old tomb and he was studying it because of it's indestructible nature) his soul got sucked into the amulet and his mind now takes over the body of anyone who puts on the amulet, until they take it off.

Personality: completely and utterly insane with no regard for human life, will do anything in order to convince the government to find a way to destroy the amulet and free him from his eternal hell, refers to everyone he doesn't care about as "extra lives"
Note: Izuku and Nezu are forbidden from ever coming into contact with each other or even learning of the existence of the other, such an event happening has the potential to end the world.
