Uzumaki healing: he has a healing factor, allowing him to heal from any small wound almost instantly, and he can use his chakra to force it to regenerate any wound. Essentially, he's immortal so long as he has chakra remaining.
Uzumaki sealing chains: he has the same chain power that Kushina and Karin have, but his are orange rather than golden.
Uzumaki longevity: as an Uzumaki, Naruto has a natural lifespan far longer than that of any non-Uzumaki.
Byakugan: he has the mighty dojutsu of the hyuuga clan, though, one key difference is that his eyes only turn white when he's using it, and are blue the rest of the time. This stems from the fact that he's only one quarter hyuuga, and therefore only has 25% of the hyuuga DNA that full blooded hyuugas have.
